The worst mani of my life! Woman was sleeping in the chair in an empty salon when I arrived. She didn’t really do my cuticles so paint job was a mess. And she made me bleed without saying sorry. A true shocker. Unfortunate first and only trip to my new local salon.

Reasonable prices. Not the best service or pedicure. Shape is uneven. Had to tell staff four times to do a shellac removal first. Had to tell staff 3 times I wanted the skin buffed down on my feet. Staff didn’t provide moisturiser cream afterwards which is stock standard. Want to say I would be back because despite that the staff are friendly but there must be a reason why this place is so quiet.

The girl who tried to use hers today - saved it for a special Occassion which is THE LOGIES tomorrow night. Yes we both should have read the terms and not presumed it would last 12 months like most gift vouchers do The voucher was still in the envelope that I'd purchased it in So she was no looking at it closely 3 months Validity is unreasonable See More

I went in last night to get shellac mani and pedi. I'm a bridesmaid so wanted a good job. They rushed it, were extremely rude, I was uncomfortable and being pulled left and right moving to make it easy for the lady and she absolutely butchered my fingernails. Worst shellac job I've ever had and the worst customer service. They make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by being there. I've lived in Coogee for years and they were OK at the beginning when they first opened but it's an awful experience now. I'd rather go to the dentist, it would be more enjoyable. Not going back again and I'll tell my friends.

Two toes bleeding. After a chunk of my skin from my second toe was taken off I told her to stop. I could hear them muttering under their breath about me while she insisted on continuing despite my toe bleeding quite a bit. I have never had a worse Pedicure experience. Also the pedicure chair was broken. Don't go here!

Terrible eyebrow wax, hairs leftover in areas where obvious waxing needed to be done and unevenly shaped. Pedicure was ok but they had no drying machine so had to wait for half an hour before wearing shoes. Premises not very clean, dirty pillow on waxing room, hair all over toiled floor.

The worst mani of my life! Woman was sleeping in the chair in an empty salon when I arrived. She didn’t really do my cuticles so paint job was a mess. And she made me bleed without saying sorry. A true shocker. Unfortunate first and only trip to my new local salon.

Reasonable prices. Not the best service or pedicure. Shape is uneven. Had to tell staff four times to do a shellac removal first. Had to tell staff 3 times I wanted the skin buffed down on my feet. Staff didn’t provide moisturiser cream afterwards which is stock standard. Want to say I would be back because despite that the staff are friendly but there must be a reason why this place is so quiet.

I went in last night to get shellac mani and pedi. I'm a bridesmaid so wanted a good job. They rushed it, were extremely rude, I was uncomfortable and being pulled left and right moving to make it easy for the lady and she absolutely butchered my fingernails. Worst shellac job I've ever had and the worst customer service. They make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by being there. I've lived in Coogee for years and they were OK at the beginning when they first opened but it's an awful experience now. I'd rather go to the dentist, it would be more enjoyable. Not going back again and I'll tell my friends.

I could hear them muttering under their breath about me while she insisted on continuing despite my toe bleeding quite a bit. I have never had a worse Pedicure experience. Also the pedicure chair was broken. Don't go here!

Terrible eyebrow wax, hairs leftover in areas where obvious waxing needed to be done and unevenly shaped. Pedicure was ok but they had no drying machine so had to wait for half an hour before wearing shoes. Premises not very clean, dirty pillow on waxing room, hair all over toiled floor.
