Wow today hummm was in a couple words EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Not even 5 minutes into the nail technician working on my mother’s nails a customer came in who only spoke Spanish and asked about getting nails fixed since they were all breaking, she felt they were to thin and wanted to see what could be done. The owner Mitchell raised her voice and told her to speak English and then said she could fix two for free but after that she would have to pay. The customer explained th...at she had multiple broken and had just done the nails this past Friday. She said she was a regular and had never had this problem before she felt she shouldn’t have to pay $35 all over again. At the end Mitchell said she wasn’t going to fix any nails for free that since she was blaming her she was going to start at $5 and increase from there so the lady left and she lost a loyal customer. However that’s not the worst part after that she came and sat in-front of me while the tech was doing my moms nails and started complaining about her customers and how she charges so little for them to still complain. She then turned and started telling the nail technician working on my moms nails that she needed to stop speaking Spanish and to speak in English because she felt that she was saying bad things about her and we specified that she had not said anything bad about her at all. So she stayed quite for a bit then started to tell the nail tech that she had several complaints(even went into detail) about her work and that since she was “the boss” she 1) couldn’t speak in Spanish and 2) had to do what she said. The nail technician expressed that if she was unhappy with her work that she would leave and she could finish the work herself. Mitchell then said “no I am the boss you finish.” I had enough I had been trying to mind my own business and not make a scene but that was it I told her she was being unprofessional that if she had complaints she needed to talk to the technician in the back not in front of customers and that if she was upset about her speaking Spanish then she needed to stop speaking in Vietnamese to her husband in front us as well. She said she was leaving and got up and left after which the pregnant tech apologized and said she was leaving because she didn’t have to put up with this and we let her know that if she needed a ride we could drop her off somewhere. The male finished my mother’s nails and we left as well. I honestly went once didn’t like how my nails came out two years ago and haven’t been back since I highly recommend the dvine nail spa at the fountains the best technicians are ( Lin Tina Lana and Joann) yes it’s more expensive but you don’t have to deal with cheap people and unnecessary, unprofessional drama. Didnt get to experience nothing but rudeness. I have a expired Gift Certificate and asked if she could fit me in when they were quiet. The lady told me we are in Australia??? and the answer was NO!! the price is a little high and hygiene could be improved.. in my experience for acrylics it depends on who you get because they all have a different way of doing acrylic but mimi did a really great job on mine and they lasted a few weeks, I also recommend getting in early so they don't rush your nails. Worst experience of my life!!! I went to get my eyelashes done and got a reaction in my eyes because of the piles of glue. I went back to get them off and besides the part that she tried to charge me to get them removed she couldn't take them off and told me to just go home and try to fix it myself. My first ever children's mani pedi and I'm already saving up for my next! The lady I had did a great job and was very nice. My wrists and ankles feel sooooooo smooth and soft from the moisturiser they applied, and my heels are smooth for the first time in ages due to the scrub they used.
