Staff have conversations with you which is nice. A little pricey for some things but have had many pedicures and acrylic refills here and have always been happy. Would be nice to see a deal for nails ...
Staff have conversations with you which is nice. A little pricey for some things but have had many pedicures and acrylic refills here and have always been happy. Would be nice to see a deal for nails and pedicure though as paying $40 for nails and $40 for pedicure turns very pricey

Went in on Thursday to get full set of SNS nails, originally walked out happy with my experience, until I got home and noticed all these small cracks. Came back the next day to get them fixed so they ...
Went in on Thursday to get full set of SNS nails, originally walked out happy with my experience, until I got home and noticed all these small cracks. Came back the next day to get them fixed so they grinded down a singular nail and coated with clear polish. Took them three people to fix one nail, only to leave with a single nail thinner and lighter coloured than the rest. Went home semi satisfied, yet had to come back again the next day as the other nine nails were beginning to crack. Lady kept saying she could not see the cracks and then refused to give a refund and as I was on holidays and needed to get back home I did not have time to sit around and wait for them to fix my other nine nails. Overall not happy, spent $60 only to have to go to another salon to get them taken off and redone.

WORST mani/pedi EVER! Mani took less than 10 minutes; no water used to soften cuticles; didn’t know how to file nails; nail polish was poorly applied and the mess left on fingers was not cleaned!

Same thing with the pedi! Nail polish was all outside the nails! $55 adult and $50 child for an absolute horrible job! I call that highway robbery!!! Don’t understand how they can stay in business with such horrible service!!!

I honestly had an excellent experience.
Great attention to detail, lovely staff and reasonably priced.
The salon was full of people and its obvious why.

Nails were put on crooked, asked them to fix them which they did but ended up walking out with more crooked! With little black dots all through the shellac polish

Had pedicure. Lady used tool to remove dead skin from sole of my foot. Only needed buffing as l don't have bad feet ! My feet are so sore to walk on. Feels raw and painful with uneven surface because ...
Had pedicure. Lady used tool to remove dead skin from sole of my foot. Only needed buffing as l don't have bad feet ! My feet are so sore to walk on. Feels raw and painful with uneven surface because too much was taken off. Paint job terrible. Felt rushed by main guy who was running shop and inexperienced staff who were unable to keep up with overload of clients he kept allowing into shop.

Worst experience ever!
I'm not usually one to complain but this was terrible.
I wanted shellac removed and a new coat put on. Sat there for half an hour with my fingers in a plastic container of acet...

I'm not usually one to complain but this was terrible.
I wanted shellac removed and a new coat put on. Sat there for half an hour with my fingers in a plastic container of aceton, no foil, just told to keep dipping my fingers uncomfortably in and out of this container, . I eventually told them that it was ridiculous and not how to do it and that I wanted to leave, so the boss came and took over. She did a little bit more, then went and started on someone else for another 10 minutes before coming back.
The manicure was rough and painful and didn't complete the top coat on all fingers.
Pretty sure the tools weren't sterilised either!!!
For $45 it was a joke and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I wanted shellac removed and a new coat put on.
