They sliced the skin of my toe.no proper first aid kit.kept bleeding.no apology.had to get centre management first aid care.beware of this place.I question hygiene too.It was disgusting service and toe still bleeding after came home.Stay clear of this place as they are not trained in hygiene or customer care.My Father had just passed away and all I wanted was relaxing pedicure which didn't happen.

Went with my mum sister and cousin a couple of days before my sister's wedding. The staff were so lovely, did a fantastic job and even gave my sister a veil to wear during her appointment plus little wedding gift when we left. We waited a few minutes (not long) for our appointment and were all given free coffees from the cafe next door for our wait. Service was above and beyond what I have ever received in a nail salon, plus quality SNS and mani/pedi

Paid for a mani/pedi. Pedicure was great. Manicure was 12 minutes long, no hand massage, cuticles were left a mess, underneath the Nail beds were filthy. The woman who performed the manicure was heavily pregnant and obviously unable to perform her job. She barely spoke a word to me. I called the following day to advise of the disappointing service and was told I had to come in within 24 hours to have the manicure redone. When I explained I would not be able to come back withi...n the 24 hours due to work commitments, the woman advised me there was nothing else she could do because my cuticles would grow back. Fair enough. I suggested perhaps a $10 off on the next Manicure, she declined. I've been visiting this salon for years and have always loved the service. I expected much more of a response to my complaint but it has fallen on deaf ears. Plenty of other places to go for a proper mani/pedi at Indooroopilly. See More

Rude. Send you from pillar to post. Takes forever because they have a real pecking order of customers. I wouldn't send my dog here. You run a nail bar. There is no need to act with the arrogance of an orthopaedic surgeon just because one of your elderly customers doesn't understand protocol. I saw a lot of shoddy treatmenf of other customers, too.

I booked for the day before my wedding with my bridesmaids and was so impressed with the service and skills of the staff here. We had a free beverage from Jamaica blue while we were pampered, we were all really happy with our nails and they had a special gift for me at the end which was more than generous. A positive experience to start the wedding weekend with!

Rach is an amazing therapist. Very professional, yet friendly. Gives fabulous advice and never judgemental. I feel comfortable talking to her about anything while she goes about her work. She is extremely clean and hygienic and has a paramount high standard to her work ethics. If you're not happy - she's not happy and will remedy that. A beautiful gem to have in my contacts!
