The service was much more than expected.
Happen to know that they have changed the owner recently (that’s why some low ratings were there, definitely for the previous time).
I myself will come back again.

Just one word, AWFUL. I strongly don’t recommend it. If you are having a bad/tiring day and you go in that place your day will be terrible times 100! I’m not exaggerating I really wanted to cry because of how the staffs were they’re are truly rude and very unprofessional talking in Vietnamese nonstop and very ignorant towards a customer. For a nail salon that’s open in Central Park and the price we have to pay is really not worth it. The customer service is just awful. I went there without even reading the reviews I just wanted to try SNS after I finish class so now I regret it. I was still drying my nails but they told me to make a payment first so I did but after that the woman who did my nails went into the back room and the other two staffs that were outside was sitting on the massage sofas and using their phones when I was still in there clueless whether my nails are dry or not. They just stopped assisting me and one staff told me “You can go” later. I felt awful that I was treated that way and no one deserves to be treated like that ever. If anyone who’s in charge or owns that place if you see this please improve your customer service or I suggest shut it down.

I went here tonight to have nails done and also pedicure. After reading the reviews I’ll admit I was a little nervous... really happy with the service and outcome of my nails! Will definitely be back!

Shocking service, first time I went there I sat around for about 30 minutes waiting for someone to remove my shellac. Second time I went there my nails were shocking and had begun to chip the day after, went back again to get them fixed and guess what? Chipped again after the first day! Honestly, don’t bother with this place. Not worth the time or money, plus the girls are definitely saying rude things about customers here. Would give a 0 if I could.

Very disappointed with the experience I received here. The lady who did my nails was really friendly and really fast at her job which was handy for me as I was in my lunch break! But she did one of my nails crooked and as any person who's just paid for a service would do I went back and complained explaining what was wrong and asking her if she could fix It to which She argued that "my nail bed naturally went that way" don't know who's nail beds go the opposite direction to their finger?? So I tried explaining it again thinking she might have not understood and explained that this had never happened to me before at any other nail salon but once again the answer was the same and she stated she couldn't fix it. In the end i just left angrily and said I would get it fixed somewhere else. Really disappointed in the customer service offered here and unlikely to go back again

The polish was laid on 10 times, which was unnecessary and caused it to chip easily. Cuticles weren't done properly, and it took 40 minutes... Don't go here.

absolutely horrible experience and will never go back. My nails were painted carelessly and I ended up going back to ask her to repaint my nails...not to mention the shape i asked for was completely off and 3 days later many of the nails have already lifted and look absolutely disgusting as if they are about to fall off. NEVER GO HERE, not only was my experience terrible, but no one else seems to have left a good review either.

Got shellac done here today and will never come back. Poor service and expertise. When removing my old shellac, the girl filed super hard on my cuticles and HAND even after I mentioned that it was hurting. The shellac job was poorly done. I ended up with chunks of polish under my nails and the edges near the cuticle are messy. Not to mention they were rudely complaining about another customer in Vietnamese and didn't know I could understand them. I should have read the reviews before coming here.

Dont go there! The worst nails I ever got . I asked for an easy design, she said no without any explanation so I just went for red almond shape-a bit more round. Every nail has a different shape and point to the different direction. She even didn't put any oil or cream afterwards and disappeared in a back. I would be happier if I cut off my hands atm

Happen to know that they have changed the owner recently (that’s why some low ratings were there, definitely for the previous time).

Just one word, AWFUL. I strongly don’t recommend it. If you are having a bad/tiring day and you go in that place your day will be terrible times 100! I’m not exaggerating I really wanted to cry because of how the staffs were they’re are truly rude and very unprofessional talking in Vietnamese nonstop and very ignorant towards a customer. Shocking service, first time I went there I sat around for about 30 minutes waiting for someone to remove my shellac. Second time I went there my nails were shocking and had begun to chip the day after, went back again to get them fixed and guess what? Chipped again after the first day! Very disappointed with the experience I received here. The lady who did my nails was really friendly and really fast at her job which was handy for me as I was in my lunch break! When removing my old shellac, the girl filed super hard on my cuticles and HAND even after I mentioned that it was hurting. The shellac job was poorly done. I ended up with chunks of polish under my nails and the edges near the cuticle are messy.
