HORROR STORY! Doesn't even deserve a star. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place I've been too. They aren't focus on the task and when they are supposed to be DOING THEIR JOB they talk to each other instead. The result is SHOCKING. I came here to get my eyebrows and upper lip done before I did my grocery shopping and I came home crying. My eyebrows had been growing out for a while and were pretty thick, but I'm Lebanese and they suited my face, although a little untamed. So when I came in I kindly asked the lady there to make them not too thick or thin, but nicely shaped around my natural structure. A few minutes later of her talking to the her co-worker a curtain over she gives me the mirror and reveals 2 extremely thin lines that are now my eyebrows. Mind you, they are NOT identical at all! The left eyebrow has a sort of square beginning while the right looks rounded off. The obvious pale outline of where my eyebrows SHOULD be are standing out against my tanned skin. Above all this, wax was still sticking to my face in some places and there were stray hairs on my upper lip. ABSOLUTE HORROR. Save yourself a month or two of having to regrow your natural shape and AVOID THIS PLACE. Mind you I have 3 weddings and 3 birthdays coming up, one of which is my own. Absolutely disgusted. Worst customer service ever. I asked the lady to not make my eyebrows thin, I didnt even get all the words out of my mouth and she replied with "yes yes yes" then continued talking to her work colleague.. At the end she made them VERY THIN then proceeds to tell me they look nice thin. It is not about what you think but what I asked you to do. She didn't even apologise. I then asked the lady on reception where her manager was and she asks me what the problem was I told her what happened and all she said was OK manager wont be back tilltomorrow . I am never coming back here. Please work on your customer service skills and listen carefully to what the customer is asking of you!!! Grrr Read Less

Went there today, I was taken in straight away and the lady literally didn't move until she got my nails perfect, I didn't even have to ask for anything to be fixed. Which was a first for me at any nail salon. Polite, professional, perfection. Will be back here for sure. (Oh and very competitively priced!) :) xRead Less
