Meh... after been there all through Christmas season with shellack on Finger and toe nails and being charged different amounts almost each time - I really wonder. The waiting time - even with appointment is way too long and today, just to take shellack off toe nails 35 minutes. Not really happy. Overcharged. Had to pay cash only and no receipts given because the "machine was broken"; not true because it worked for a regular client. No price list, though there had been one before the holidays and then after. Felt ripped off from start to finish. They didn't care at all that their clients knew that they were being ripped off. Worst service I've ever had. I'd give them no stars but that's not an option. Regardless of making an appointment I had to wait 20 minutes for them to start my pedicure which was so rushed and the nail technician did a poor job at painting my nails. I almost want to get a new pedicure because I don't think I can wear these nails to my wedding reception. I don't know how they get so much business. At least 4 customers came in asking for services and the ladies would tell them to come back in 30 minutes. As if they would service those customers after 30 minutes? I have noticed since the salon has changed hands and Jenny no longer works here, the salon is dirty dirty, I have never had a finger nail fungal infection but I got one from thier none existent hygiene they pass nail files to each other after using it on a different customer and then used it on me , they don't sterilise the drill bits , don't go as the staff always cut me and their shellac range is pathetic none existent, they never have new colours only the old colours Jen...ny had and I had watched them thin them out with chemicals which in turn the shellac peels off as shellac should never peel off acrylic nail, don't waist your money ladies and the health of you're skin and nails , I'm really happy with my new salon that I'm going to now their clean , heaps and heaps of modern new colours and I know at the end of the day the safe piece of mind knowing I'm not going to get a severe nail fungal infection or skin infection, you have been warned See more Read Less

The technician was exceptionally rough and the service was almost painful (apart from being rushed). I have pedicures monthly all my adult life at various places but I must say, this was the worse I've ever had. Read Less

Really disappointed. Sent my daughter there for infills and a pedicure - charged her $100 - taking advantage of a 16 year old is extremely disappointing - $50 for infills and $50 for pedicure - wont' be going back there again!! Read Less
