TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. One of the girls/ staff attending to my mani/pedi was particularly rude and insolent. They did a rubbish job also not attending to detail and when I pointed out that there was marks on cuticle, was yelled at repeatedly in a loud and arrogant tone so everyone in salon heard. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT GO TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. There are plenty of places in Chatswood to go.

I came for a mani and pedi and it was the WORST experience I have ever had. They rushed through my service. The staff are extremely rude and uninterested. I was so unhappy with how they did my nails and they didn't care, they just rushed me out. They make you pay before they do your finger nails, which i was unhappy with. I will NEVER come back here again.

Extremely poor and rude staff. Asked me to come back in 10 mins and when I returned all the staff ignored my return. Stood at the counter for abt 5 mins and had to approach the girl who muttered for me to choose my colour. After that still no service. I left and will return ever. Not even worth 1 star.

Extremely rude. Don't use a voucher for there. I was told they had no time to do both a mani and pedi which my voucher was for. I then agreed to doing just a manicure as that was only choice I had. I then saw three people come in after me and they had both mani and pedi done. It is exteremely unsanitary, nothing was cleaned before or after the use of one person. Horrific experience, awful customer service and nasty individuals working there. You can find a lot better for the same price elsewhere.
