My sister and I came here for a pedicure and aren’t happy. The workers were lovely but our nails were all cut uneven and are different lengths. Wouldn’t recommend going here for a pedicure if anyone asked me. Read Less

I chose to visit Star Nails because of its great reviews but I left feeling very disappointed with my experience! I spent $65 for acrylic french tip nails. Within a few days they were lifting a lot at the cuticle. I contact the store and went back in as I was unhappy with this. They admitted that it would be from an issue with the glue/acrylic or how they were put on, but they still charged me $20 to have this fixed. (They were so bad the only option was to infill them). I totally understand that some times mistakes happen, but to charge the client an additional $20 to have them fixed is crazy! When I questioned this they insisted that it was a good deal because infills are usually $35. In their defense, the woman that fixed them did an amazing job and I am really happy with how they look now. I just wish that could of been the case the first time and that I didn't end up $85 out of pocket for the experience! In short, if you know the name of someone that is good there, then go for it. If not, don't risk it. It may end up costing you a lot more than you anticipated. Read Less

I love these ladies! The only walk in place I have found in Newcastle that can do ombre acrylics perfectly & everyone is so nice. It's no longer a chore to get my mani pedi done, I actually look forward to going! Read Less
