I had never been to Ella Bache before my last visit and i was so pleasantly surprised. The girls that worked there were lovely and i had the most relaxing massage there! They really made an effort to make you have a comfortable experience, and the delicious complimentary iced tea at the end was the icing on the cake.

I have regular appointments to get my eyebrows waxed with Emma. She is amazing! She is always friendly and bubbly. I have also had a facial and it was very relaxing and made my skin feel great. I have recently started using some of their skincare products and so far my skin is looking loving it! Definitely recommend as all the staff members are friendly and helpful and the products and services they provide are of a very high standard.

Easily the best spray tan and waxing experience you'll have in Charlestown (and the whole of the hunter!!). Staff are kind and accommodating as well as extremely skilled at what they do.
Customer service is definitely 110% here which is what will keep me coming back :)

I’d have no hesitation in recommending Ella Bache Charlestown to anyone looking to unwind, relax, and rejuvenate. I was lucky enough to receive a gift voucher to the salon, which prompted my first visit, and have been keeping regular facial appointments ever since. The services provided by the salon are first rate, the staff are professional and caring (Emma's a gem!), the salon’s treatment rooms are kept scrupulously clean, and the products are superb. You won’t be disappointed.
