Took my daughter here twice for a full set. The first time the guy there gave her talons, just awful, so I spoke to the manager at Tiffany nail spa (same management) who argued, but in the end gave her a gift certificate for $23 to have them redone. We went back today, and even went to Natalie first and showed the manager the picture of what she wanted. For whatever reason, Natalie Nails is a couple dollars more than Tiffany, so we headed down to Tiffany Nails with the hope t...hat they would redeem themselves from their previous mistakes. Sadly, the did not. Even with the picture, the job still was not done right. The lady told my daughter, after I left to make a return, that if she wanted the shape In the picture, it would cost additional money. Well, they advertise that it is $20 for a full set and $3 for special shapes, which is why we received a gift certificate for $23 in the first place. Then, to add to their wrongdoings, she was charged $25 when all was said and done, and not even done properly. I spoke to the manager at Natalie again after the fact, and rather than accepting that his employees don’t know what they’re doing, and price gouging on top of it, he placed the blame on my daughter. Went in for a nail repair, the man cut me when removing the nail patched it up badly, had no signage of a limit on the amount for card. When returning from getting money out, there was no change for me. Had to wait 10 minutes for my change which was handed to me in silver coins. Worst nail service I've experienced. Read Less

*Bait and Switch!* That's not a term I use lightly. I was quoted $15 for a shellac manicure with a design. My fiancé was quoted $30 for acrylic manicure with design. Appointment finished after almost an hour, the nails look fine. I left to get the car. They charged her $45 for her manicure and $41 for mine. For a basic manicure!!! Classic bait and switch. Brought my kid in for a birthday pedicure- ended up getting one myself and she got a manicure and some designed on her nails, too... We both had excellent care- felt taken care of- not rushed- very friendly, relaxing environment... Multiple levels of pampering- massage chair- bottled water- scrub and lotion and wash and oil and hot towel... along with the callous stuff that was years overdue. ... I came in at 8 for a mani/pedi (we called ahead to be certain they had time and they said yes). The entire service was rushed. The water was cold, the scrub lasted maybe fifteen seconds and there was zero massage on the legs or arms. Essentially a squirt and swipe of lotion. It was almost as if the technician was annoyed I was there keeping her, when pushing back cuticle it was fast and rough causing me to jerk my hand a few times, not even close to relaxing. She cut me twi...ce with the nippers, making me bleed. The worst of all of it was the polish job (I have pictures). I had to ask three times for her to polish the entire nail as there were lines down the sides and at the bottom. I visited my sister in the beginning of November and we got our nails done here. They were so sweet and nice. I got the shellac and My nails still look nice two weeks later. Would definitely recommend! Read Less
