I've came here 4 times over the last couple of year and only once walked out with decent nails, not nice or great nails very mediocre basic nails. The 3 other times I walked out with no nails after going in with nails, for infills. No professionalism No welcoming greetings They don't ask what you want and when you tell them your preference in nail style, colour and shape they try to forcibly recommend what ever is easier for them and have bad attitudes if you insist on what you want, they will get up and leave you and say someone else will finish this for you, then you're left to wait with half your nails done until someone else becomes available to finish the job. I usually don't post reviews but this place is so bad and basically stealing people's money hiking up the prices and only taking cash payments doing really bad nail work that's not excusable especially for their prices they charge. The sign out side has the prices for the Nails Infills Shallac Arylic Sns ect... And when you sit down the price is $10 more then what the price is showing outside the window, when I asked why she said Im also paying for the tips... They're the only nail shop I know that charges for tips separate from the rest of the nail treatment They only take cash no eftpos machine. Personally everytime I've gone in I've had multiple people do one set of nails As in one puts the tips and sns or acrylic then the next one does the shaping and another one reshapes and applies top coat at this point they're all just ruining each other's work with 0 communication between employees or customers I would 110% give this a Zero star rating but I wanted to express why I would not recommend this place I've gone back multiple times over a long period of time and they're consistently horrible with customer service and nail work.
