Since they opened, the service has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff treat me so well, and even after not visiting for a few months due to living in Buffalo everyone still remembered my name and my drink of choice! Troys gel manis could last a month if it weren’t for my outgrow, and Nene is always willing to do something fun for me. I love everyone here, they’re truly the best!

Great place. I just googled “best nail spa in Niagara” and came up with this. Clean, with a tranquil feel. We needed a double pedicure and they made themselves available and didn’t take any more appointments until we were finished. I appreciated that. They had plenty of colours to choose from also.

Worst manicure/nail set, I've ever had. And... I've had ALOT, over the last 35 years. Thick acylic= thick shape, not natural. Old polish dried thick and lumpy. The receptionist offered to repaint them and I declined. They wasted enough of my time and money.

Came here for dips yesterday and asked my tech to not use the drill on me.. after he insisted it was just a buffer I just let him do his thing... my dip color is insanely uneven and my nail beds hurt ...

I went in with my mom and my best friend for mani/pedi, I was told to pick my color when we walked in and I was trying to make up my mind and the one technician got really smart with me when I ask her which color were the gel colors, we wanted to get them done together so we got seates together but me and my friend sat for 10 minutes waiting for our people which means my mom got done way before us and she wasn't pleased with her pedicure! My guy that did my pedicure cut my fo...ot all up with the pumice stone and it was bleeding when I told him that it was stinging he just ignored me! When we were ready for our manicures we all got seated separate all over the room and my mom accidentally dropped $100 and someone picked it up and didn't say anything when the staff was told about it they said sorry they were too busy to notice anything I might think twice about going back the only thing that'll make me go back is that I'm really pleased and how long my nails hold out! See more

This has to be the cleanest and friendliest nail salon I have ever been to in this area! The owners and employees are always super nice and I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure there. I've also just had my eyebrows waxed there for the first time. I had it done once somewhere else and had a really bad experience but wanted to give it another go. They came out perfect! Thank you! I can't wait to come back!

Since they opened, the service has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff treat me so well, and even after not visiting for a few months due to living in Buffalo everyone still remembered my name and my drink of choice! Troys gel manis could last a month if it weren’t for my outgrow, and Nene is always willing to do something fun for me. I love everyone here, they’re truly the best!

Great place. I just googled “best nail spa in Niagara” and came up with this. Clean, with a tranquil feel. We needed a double pedicure and they made themselves available and didn’t take any more appointments until we were finished. I appreciated that. They had plenty of colours to choose from also.

I went in with my mom and my best friend for mani/pedi, I was told to pick my color when we walked in and I was trying to make up my mind and the one technician got really smart with me when I ask her which color were the gel colors, we wanted to get them done together so we got seates together but me and my friend sat for 10 minutes waiting for our people which means my mom got done way before us and she wasn't pleased with her pedicure! My guy that did my pedicure cut my fo...ot all up with the pumice stone and it was bleeding when I told him that it was stinging he just ignored me! I've also just had my eyebrows waxed there for the first time. I had it done once somewhere else and had a really bad experience but wanted to give it another go. They came out perfect! Thank you!
