Terrible experience. I was told I'd be served in 15 minutes, so came back 15 mins later but then still had to sit forever to get any service. Several other people were in the same boat, some threatening to leave if they were made to wait much longer. The staff are very rude and ignore you or make you feel like you are causing a large inconvenience by asking a question. The salon itself is dirty and the furniture is worn and covered in grime. To top it off, after my nails FINALLY were done (I was in there for over 2 hrs) I took a photo of a trolley in the salon as I needed one that was similar so took a pic for my own personal refernce. The staff reacted like had broken the law, scolding me loudly for taking a picture. I was told "no photos are to be taken in my salon" (maybe because they dont want people to know how dirty it is?) And then was stood over while they made me delete the photo. It was ridiculous and totally uncalled for. Would not go back if you paid me.

I made an appointment for 3pm to SNS. Two hours and three manicurists later left with a very poor result that cost me $50. This salon takes on too many customers and the manager directs girls to do different tasks so that you don't get to have one person doing your nails like in most salons I have been to. It also takes way too long as you spend a lot of time waiting. Less than 2 weeks later I have to go to another salon to have my nails done again. Would never go here again.

TERRIBLE. Nothing in price list is the ACTUAL price. They don't tell you the actual pruce until they have completed the task. Then shame you because you aren't rich and cant pay them!Rude service aswe...

Then shame you because you aren't rich and cant pay them!Rude service aswell from walk in to walk out.Just sit there and babble to each other in their language.Will NEVER return again an definetly do NOT reccomend.

They said no they nevwr did that and refuae to give our money back. Screamed at me infront of customers saying my mums a liar! DISGUSTING!!!!!

Customer service is terrible. They speak limited English. They did mine in a hurry coz they think Asians are 3rd class customers. Feedback to one of girls with braces & who did my nails that she overcut my nail. Instead she defended herself. Still took $30 payment. Strongly advise not to go this place unless u want your nail to be lopsided. I won’t go back there again. Small minded Vietnamese girls working there.

The man who runs this place is rude and inconsiderate. I asked him today do you have time for a shellac soak off and sns mani, I'm short on time ? "Sure" he says and leads me to a seat. Does my soak of in the first ten mins. Then 55 mins later I'm still sitting there after I told him I'm short on time today waiting for him to start. I told him I'd like t pay and leave please as I don't have anymore time. He said twice very loudly "you sit your next" again I just said sorry I'd just like to pay for my soak off and go and again he demanded I sit and wait my turn so I gave him the money (which he happily took despite his poor service and attitude) and left. Never again. If you don't have time to see a customer in under 20mins ask them to come back. Your customers time is as important as yours !

Walked out crying. I wanted to get my acrylics removed. They saved time and made money by cutting and ripping the acrylic off my natural nail instead of taking the time to soak them off. This has left...
Walked out crying. I wanted to get my acrylics removed. They saved time and made money by cutting and ripping the acrylic off my natural nail instead of taking the time to soak them off. This has left my nails damaged and they were cut short and ugly before I could even get a word in. At one point I even cried out in pain. When I questioned why he didn't soak them off, he looked surprised and said "that would have taken an hour, this was done in 10 minutes", even though I had to wait a good hour for service anyway. Never going again.

Terrible service. Pedicurist was on the phone while doing my pedicure. Didn't do a good job. Used infra red light so that she could quickly finish her job and be on the phone. Worse still I had to pay extra for this even though I didn't ask for it. Very sneaky and unprofessional. Not happy.

This place honestly isn't as bad as all the reviews say, I've been for multiple things, acrylics mostly and have never been in pain because of it. I've never been "pushed out the door" and its never been unreasonable when it comes to payment options. The service is good and quite fast and very reliable, as for the prices, they are very well placed and I'm not planning to change my go to nail salon over some reviews which very well maybe a one time thing. The staff are certainly not rude.

They do a good manicure but make sure you only go on a weekday before 3pm because they are constantly packed and you can be sitting in there for over an hour. The staff are friendly but be prepared to have several different people tending to you at various stages of your manicure or pedicure as they are constantly hopping from customer to customer which is rather frustrating. The staff are also not great when you ask them to redo something or if you're not 100% happy. They do have an excellent selection of colours for both shellac and normal OPI nail polish and their equipment is clean.

Terrible experience. I was told I'd be served in 15 minutes, so came back 15 mins later but then still had to sit forever to get any service. Several other people were in the same boat, some threatening to leave if they were made to wait much longer. I made an appointment for 3pm to SNS. Two hours and three manicurists later left with a very poor result that cost me $50. Customer service is terrible. They speak limited English. They did mine in a hurry coz they think Asians are 3rd class customers. Feedback to one of girls with braces & who did my nails that she overcut my nail. Instead she defended herself. Still took $30 payment. Walked out crying. I wanted to get my acrylics removed. They saved time and made money by cutting and ripping the acrylic off my natural nail instead of taking the time to soak them off. This place honestly isn't as bad as all the reviews say, I've been for multiple things, acrylics mostly and have never been in pain because of it. They do a good manicure but make sure you only go on a weekday before 3pm because they are constantly packed and you can be sitting in there for over an hour.
