When I come to Sydney with a friend, she told me to go Creative Nails at Castle Hill as soon as I went here, I was welcomed by a welcoming and friendly staff. They are extremely good at everything there and if I come back to Sydney, I would love to go with my friend to go here again!

Love this salon. Every few weeks I pop in with my new fancy nail design request and they do a fantastic job (I try not to make it too hard haha) Very hygienic and a great team that works well together...

I have been here a few time all the staff are nice and friendly. They are always serving customers with a smile. Without this team the salon would be nothing. Only problem I have about this salon is the boss Katena. She is very rude very bad customer service, if you can't treat customers with curtesy then you shouldn't do business. You are very lucky with an amazing team of staff that's why I always come back because of the staff not because of you. Your attitude is disgusting.

Kim is absolutely fantastic. I needed as very specific colour to match shoes for a formal event and she went through colour after colour to find me the exact match. Not only did I get great service, I got nails that look excellent. The added bonus is their high level hygiene standards. I will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks Kim and team

everytime i go there they have awful rude and abrupt staff.. no one cares. no one talks they just look at you and judge you!

everytime i go there they have awful rude and abrupt staff.. no one cares. no one talks they just look at you and judge you!
although ive gone about 5 months apart to 'retry' the place seeing as they plenty others in the mall and castle towers they seem to make me feel uncomfortable every time.
the very last time my did my acrylics they did a great job which is the only reason im giving a 3 start but im not going back again for the experience..

Had my nails done here 4 weeks ago. Besides cuticle growth they have lasted beautifully. Polish still looks fresh. Usually other nail places I go 3 weeks is the max. Will be my regular nail place

They actually got the shape and length I like! Square pointed but not massively long. Great that they use own emery board etc and store it in your own file for hygiene. Friendly and convenient

The only nail place in Castle Hill that would take my shilac off. Beautiful staff and I've had my nails done there too and it was great. I won't go anywhere else!

Luv this place!!! They are so friendly and have great service!!! They have great colours and great designs!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Great job girlz!!!!

I have been here a few time all the staff are nice and friendly. They are always serving customers with a smile. Without this team the salon would be nothing.
