Had the worst experience in my life, not only was the customer service was poor, the quality of service was horrible and I was bleeding & hurt because of the rough handling, and as a customer I was mistreated, verbally abused, and threatened by an employee while the owner sat there quietly watched the whole thing. I was told that I was over reacting when my finger was cut and bleeding. Within 2 days the wound is infected which shows the tools were not properly sterilised.
Can’t believe such things happen even today with in service industry in Australia ! So disappointing!

I've been going to Helen for a couple of years, she has never once cut me and my nails always look great. Reading the other reviews I can't speak for the rest of the staff as I'm not sure, but in comparison to other Asian nail salons this one seems cleaner and I've never had a problem with Helen.

WORST PLACE EVER! I am extremely disappointed I have been going here for over 2 years and today will be my last day. I have 2 cuts on 2 different fingers cause the lady was so rude and did not what to be there. She did not be gentle or care about the finished product. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place at all. If they can't look after good clients of over 2 years, they can't look after anyone!

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. One of my fingers bled and the other swelled. Worst manicure ever. Really bad service!

Had the worst experience in my life, not only was the customer service was poor, the quality of service was horrible and I was bleeding & hurt because of the rough handling, and as a customer I was mistreated, verbally abused, and threatened by an employee while the owner sat there quietly watched the whole thing. I've been going to Helen for a couple of years, she has never once cut me and my nails always look great. Reading the other reviews I can't speak for the rest of the staff as I'm not sure, but in comparison to other Asian nail salons this one seems cleaner and I've never had a problem with Helen.

WORST PLACE EVER! I am extremely disappointed I have been going here for over 2 years and today will be my last day. I have 2 cuts on 2 different fingers cause the lady was so rude and did not what to be there. She did not be gentle or care about the finished product. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place at all. If they can't look after good clients of over 2 years, they can't look after anyone!
