I got eye brows waxing here. The girl who did it literally peeled of my skin and I had red patches all around my eyes. I had to apply antiseptic cream on the wounds. And had to live with the wounds for a week and had to explain to people that my husband did not hit me!!! Totally not recommend. I was given a gift voucher purchased in October, tonight I tried to use it to which I was told it wasn’t valid due to change of ownership. The voucher was still in the business name, valid until April next year and the money from the old owner would’ve rolled over to the new owner in the profits and losses. Not to mention I was left with hard sns up the sides of my fingers and acetone was left all over my hands until the end when I could wash it. New owners don’t mean things have actually improved. Terrible nail place, don’t even bother going here. Nothing was clean. The towels they used had food on them and hair. The bowl they put my hands in to soak had a long black hair in it that stuck to my hand. When asking the nail technician if he was going to buff my nails he was nothing but rude, told me to wait until he is finished and then I can ask questions. He then proceeded to cut the cuticles around my nails so deep the now have corners. A couple of the nail technicians went to go get breakfast and when they came back, none of them had washed their hands. The lady who initially started my nails was playing with her shoes before starting on my nails. When trying to explain the state of the cloths to the lady behind the counter, I said I am fine paying and that’s not what this is about but there was food on the cloths and they were dirty all she did was smile and asked if I would like my receipt. Horrible experience. Went in for an infill, my nails came out uneven, horribly shaped, the polish was leaked all over my fingers plus the lady cut my finger so badly it was bleeding! Worst experience ever, I could cry!! Also not the first time I've been here, last time my nails were horrible as well, but I thought I'd give them another go - very regretful. Beautifully reminded - been a customer since they first opened her nail techs and friendly owner. My favorite nail tech is Yoyo but none will dissapoint. If you really want to relax you can purchase beer or wine when you get your mani/pedi. Had a full set and pedi done by Nina today, loved my experience! She told me the shop is recently under new management when I told her about the bad reviews online. Friendly professional and new services now available like eyelash extensions I saw someone just finished from a set of lashes and they look AMAZING! I've been a customer for 5 years and today, because I was 10 minutes late the owner and nail tech canceled me, because I was late and she took the next customer.. I've learned that they don't care about their long loyal customer and they definitely won't care about new customers. I'm really disappointed about how they handled it. The owner its very rude anyways the only reason I kept going was because of my nail tech. But I guess she's horrible too. I will never go back to this place. One of the worst manicure experiences I have had. The first lady who removed my Shellac was lovely but then the second lady who seemed like she may have owned the place and/or wasn't very happy with her lot in life, took over. She was rough, sliced the skin either side of my nails with her nails as she tried to scrape off the colour that was on the skin, she was terrible at doing the application with more polish on my cuticles and skin than my nails (I'm still scraping it off), the colour is uneven and she was extremely rude to boot. An all 'round terrible experience and one I won't repeat. It was cheap ($25 to remove Shellac and place more on) but I certainly got what I paid for! Read Less

Worst mani/pedi service I have ever experienced. After keeping me waiting an hour they then argued I had acrylic toe nails which I didn't, cut my toe twice, ground the existing shellac off my toe nails till the nail beds burnt and then were disgruntled when I got up half way through the pedi (they hadn't even begin the manicure) and left without having the painted. The final disgrace came when they charged me $30 for the whole woeful and painful experience!!! Needless to say I won't be back :( Read Less
