Worst experience ever in a salon my hair was bleach so much it all broke off then I was given a toner which burnt my scalp no responsibility was taken for their mistake and my requests for my hair to be somehow repaired were ignored

My girlfriend bought a voucher on Groupon and she had a terrible experience with them. She asked for a natural beloyage, not too much aggressive (she wanted to get a lighter colour, passing from her natural brown colour passing through a natural dark red colour). The result, at the beginning was something between pink and yellow... today, after a few months, the situation is getting better... for the treatment, she spent over than 100$ and, at the end of the day she wasn't happy at all. Don't waste your money!

Excellent services and even better people who work there! I always walk out of the salon feeling a million dollars and loving my new hair. The salon is also beautifully designed and decorated.
