First time going there and they rushed my nails, made it lumpy and didn’t shape it right, the man cut my skin and it stung when he used the nail polish remover, they didn’t paint my nails properly and made my nails look thick and messy, it should of been a simple French acrylic nail but looked like a mess, he blamed my finger on why the acrylic was not straight and he was extremely rude. If i could give less then one star I would. Charging between $2 and $10 extra for the nicer colours is just ridiculous, also a charge for a matte top coat when it is exactly the same as the clear top coat. Nails turned out very thick and badly shaped. I was refused a tax receipt despite that being illegal. I would suggest they change their name to UNprofessioNail. Read Less

worse nail bar ever!! They completely rushed my nails and feet. My nails we're not straight they were all over the place and all different sizes and shaped the wrong way that I asked! My feet the Polish was that thick it didn't dry properly even after a hour and half so I went back told them only for them to take a little but of and go over it even seeing that the original layer was all bumpy they still went over it leaving my toe nails all bumpy and ugly aslo missed like half my big toe the first time and when I told the guy he got so rude with me! First time experience at professional nails Campbelltown. I was able to relax didn't have to watch over nail artist knew exactly what you do. They actually spoke to me not just to eachother like they typically do. I've tried many nail parlours in my time never have been to my liking. No way will I ever return! Not only did they not explain the treatment correctly but they tried charging me more for their mistake. They were extremely rude but I walked out with something different then what I originally wanted. The same day another customer was also very unhappy with the service and walked out.
