The one star is for the joy I felt getting to walk OUT of this place. Nails were uneven and unprofessional. Tools seemed unsanitary. Employees barely spoke a scrap of English, didn't understand clear instructions. Wouldn't waste my time at any Pearl Nails and Beauty establishments again.

I don’t even think they have certificates for their services they are that poorly trained and don’t know the difference between crocked and straight. I waited longer than an hour and walked out halfway through. Even if its convenient don’t go here your nails won’t be the same after plus they are beyond rude...

Could do a better job at home. Rushed and messy filing with uneven shape ( I had to keep asking her to fix it) and terrible paint job where my partner had asked if I tried to do it myself. The polish was uneven when it dried and all on the sides of my fingers and around, that I had to scratch it off on the way home. I have never been to a salon with such poor quality staff and products. Would avoid.

DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE! Worst customer service and so so dirty! I got my nails done the shape was uneven the equipment is unsterilised. Didn’t even bother to put a base or shellac on my nails and the colour came off in two days. Unprofessional and untrained staff! Never again

My friend and I have given pearl nails many chances as i think they have a great colour selection, but we get disappointed every single time. We get Shellac only and every time we go, our service is being very rushed with very little care.
On several occasions, we have acetone on our nails for half an hour. I ask for oval shaped nails and get square, my friend asked for her nails to not get filed and she filed them anyway. We often find multiple people coming and leaving the salon while we are still waiting. Overall, it was a VERY rushed job (once she finally started doing our nails), which has resulted in one of my nails being chipped within 24 hours of getting them done.
We've given them enough chances but enough is enough. We wont be back.

So dissapointed in this place- they are really friendly but must either have no experience or are plain lazy. The girl was using an old broken up nail file that was not doing anything at all. I ended up asking to do it myself and only then did they bring out a proper file and changed ladies. If it was up to the other girl i would have left with the worst nails ever. Never again.

absolutely horrible. they don't know how to shape nails, even though i REPEATEDLY told them what shape i wanted. it was uneven, and messy. please do NOT come here. the ladies are so rude.

The girl didn't know how to use nail clippers. I had to cut my own toe nails. They tried to use dirty used equipment. The manager yelled at me in foreign language when I asked if they sterilized their equipment . Very rude and uncleanness , I noticed they didn’t wash their hands between clients.....do not go there

Could do a better job at home. Rushed and messy filing with uneven shape ( I had to keep asking her to fix it) and terrible paint job where my partner had asked if I tried to do it myself. The polish was uneven when it dried and all on the sides of my fingers and around, that I had to scratch it off on the way home. I have never been to a salon with such poor quality staff and products. Would avoid.

So dissapointed in this place- they are really friendly but must either have no experience or are plain lazy. The girl was using an old broken up nail file that was not doing anything at all. I ended up asking to do it myself and only then did they bring out a proper file and changed ladies. If it was up to the other girl i would have left with the worst nails ever. Never again.

The girl didn't know how to use nail clippers. I had to cut my own toe nails. They tried to use dirty used equipment.
