honestly the most disrespectful workers ever , some are so sweet and kind but the main owner and her two main workers are so impolite and constantly speaking negatively about people in their language ...
honestly the most disrespectful workers ever , some are so sweet and kind but the main owner and her two main workers are so impolite and constantly speaking negatively about people in their language ,I took my brothers girlfriend the day before he proposed to her ( as a surprise so when he proposes her nails are nice) , and Kelly completely ruined them and done the opposite of what she asked for , we were really upset and disappointed but I couldn't make it a big deal or my brothers girlfriend will get suspicious
Kelly continued to argue with us and wouldn't even fix them or give us a discount , not even $5 we honestly couldn't care less about the money it just all comes down to her heart for her job and customers and I can honestly say that she has none of that! so heart breaking , would never go back or recommend despite their good prices

Horrible place. Eyelash extensions are terrible, ask for natural and you get full on glam ridiculous looking lashes. Glue stings your eyes and makes your eyes swell up. Glue gets in your throat, burne...
Horrible place. Eyelash extensions are terrible, ask for natural and you get full on glam ridiculous looking lashes. Glue stings your eyes and makes your eyes swell up. Glue gets in your throat, burned all down throat, still sore and red raw the next day. Had to take them off straight away as they look ridiculous. This place is horrific, if I could give it a 0 I most defiantly would. This is ridiculous and they still made me pay $50. Terrible service, wouldn’t let me get a drink as I was almost throwing up as it was burning my throat completely. Will never be returning and do not recommend this place, AT ALL!

My hair extensions fell out after a day. After 3 days having the extensions in I washed the hair fell out again. Their only solution was for me to come in every day the fell out and the would put them back in her free... In other words a waste of $490

Do NOT go here. I got eyelash extensions. It took 1.5 hours, my eyeballs were in agonising burning pain, i couldn't even open them and had tears running down my face. Eyelashes are hard as a rock and very clumpy. Visible glue, my eyelashes keep sticking together. They feel like pins stabbing my lash line. Some are upside down, some are sideways. They look ugly and terrible. Painful, horrifying experience just getting them done. Have gone elsewhere to get them removed.

I've always had a great experience at kellys and Kelly is lovely and helpful. I took my 3 month old daughter in to get her ears pierced, kekkys husband was so patient and did the job really well. The prices are very affordable aswel. Everyone is always very happy and helpful. I've had great experiences each time I have popped in either for hair or nails.

Glue gets in your throat, burned all down throat, still sore and red raw the next day. Had to take them off straight away as they look ridiculous. This place is horrific, if I could give it a 0 I most defiantly would. This is ridiculous and they still made me pay $50. I've always had a great experience at kellys and Kelly is lovely and helpful. I took my 3 month old daughter in to get her ears pierced, kekkys husband was so patient and did the job really well.
