Beyond amazing customer service. Pricing is great and they never overcharge. The quality of service is by far the best compared to other nail salons. I’m a loyal customer because of this.

I encountered the worst experience ever at this nail salon. The women and men workers were laughing and talking amongst each other in their language and I was curious about what they were saying. Thank God for smart phones! I set my phone reference translation and the things they were saying about customers where unbelievable. The owner/manager Henry (WOW!) was the main one and he spoke negative about Cubans, blacks, and a pregnant woman who was of an unknown race (mixed race). I would never in this lifetime return back to this business! People be weary about smiling with a person who speak another language and you don't understand them. I informed the owner Henry (ASSHOLE!) about what was translated and he had nothing to say. One was too much in the rating for me to give (ZERO is more like it).

Avoid!!!! Be very careful. They will upcharge you at the end. Owner Henry charged me $50 for short gel powder full set when it was supposed to be $35. He said because the nail polish is extra and not included. Mind you, when I asked for full set they gave me a basket and said to select color. Never mentioned an additional charge. Additionally, the girl who charged me was confused herself. She couldn't explain why it was $50. He was then trying to rush me out because he did...n't want the other clients to hear what he did. Be very careful because they will steal your money. I will never go back again. I've been doing my nails for 15+ years and never observed this before. Avoid this place!!!! See more

Love this place! My girls and I always get the best treatment and pretty nails. Awesome massage chairs and everything is very clean, the nail instruments come on a sterilized pack, they open in front of each client and the feet bath gets a plastic bag put in before each usage. They make appointments as well or just walk in, you won't be disappointed!!!

I love liberty nails i been going there for a year and the girls are really friendly and nice attitudes..the prices are reasonable and sometimes I finding it very cheap!! I love the job the do with my nails!! plus it was funny to communicate with them !! I give them 5 stars!!

I encountered the worst experience ever at this nail salon. The women and men workers were laughing and talking amongst each other in their language and I was curious about what they were saying.
