I loved the weekend availability, comfortable massage chairs, and attentive detail applied to the pedicure service. Visited Elegance Nail Salon a few weeks ago and can not put into words how impressed i am with this salon! I went to Thailand and Hawaii after getting a shellac manicure done here and came back to Sydney without a chip! They lasted for 3+ weeks! I've previously been here several times to have my eyebrows done and every time it was great. I booked in again to have my nails and eyebrows done, I had to wait 40MINUTES for someone to do my nails (you weren't extremely busy either) whilst my nails were being done the lady didn't say a single word to me other than asking me what shape I wanted. Then when it came to my eyebrows the wax was so hot it felt like my skin was burning, the next day my skin is still extremely red and sore to touch. Walked in without an appointment with my 11 month old twin girls and they fitted me in. The receptionist was wonderful and entertained my girls between her duties the entire time I was there! She picked up the toys they continually threw from their pram, rocked my pram, popped their dummies in their mouth when they were unsettled... all while telling me to just relax and enjoy some rare me time. Elegance is amazing and I highly recommend them to everyone. I have always gone from Salon to Salon because I couldn't find one that I liked so would go wherever, whenever but would often come out with more than one bleeding toe or fingernail. I tried Elegance after the recommendation of my Physio, it's a 30min drive out to Camden from home but thought I would give it a shot, I was blown away by the quality of service, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff that it has no...w become my regular salon, if I don't have time to get out to Camden then I don't get my Mani/Pedi. I also like the fact that they only speak English and knock back walk-ins if they have prior bookings, the salon is not over crowded and loud which makes for a more enjoyable, relaxing experience. I had my eyelashes done 2 days ago they are fantastic. They are glamorous and so light. I have received many compliments on them. I had a wonderful experience at Elegance this morning. It was my first time here and they were so accomodating with me bringing my 3 month old along. I had a lovely lady do my pedicure; but then had the lady working at the desk come over to me to ask if everything was good, followed by the owner who came and introduced herself and also checked if i was happy with the service.
