Friendliest nail place in Byron! I was there for a wedding and had a horrible experience at a nail bar around the corner. I paid for a repaint and it was awful. I walked in to nail innovations and the friendly Georgia was in the middle of seeing to a client. I asked if she could squeeze me in to fix my nails as I was desperate and she said yes of course she could if I came back in 10 mins. Just what I needed to hear! I was over the moon to be squeezed in as they were booked out until Monday and she also had the exact colour I was looking for! I came back in 10 mins and Georgia kindly repainted my hands and feet. She was polite, professional and did an amazing job. Honestly made my day. I felt so cared for and she put a smile on my face again just in time for the wedding!! The most amazing nails I could have wanted for my wedding!! The girls at Nail Innovations Byron Bay were incredible after I walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon (the day before my wedding) with the most atrocious french nails I had gotten done at another salon in Byron that morning. 4 hours after I had left the other salon my nails were still not dry so I had gone into Nail Innovations to see if they had some remover I could buy. After explaining the drama the girls fit me in after hours, did an amazing job with my finger and toe nails, and even offered me a glass of wine (which I absolutely needed at this point!!) I made an appointment 6 weeks before my daughter's wedding and Georgia was lovely on the phone. We told her what we wanted and she told us that we were welcome to bring along champagne and nibblies to celebrate a mother/ daughter pre wedding manicure. She also told us that the salon would be closed for us on the afternoon. On arrival the only staff member that we saw was rude and unprofessional towards us. She had my daughter in tears. We walked out of the salon and fortunately were able to find another salon that took us immediately and did an excellent job on our nails. Absolutely the best place to get nails done in Byron- they are always so meticulous to ensure that they do the best possible job. The girls look after my nails so well, and there is always a very friendly and warm atmosphere. Sometimes the best way to rate a service is compare it to another. I visited another nail salon on the mid north coast while on holidays. My gel nails usually last 3-4 weeks from nail innovations. My nails from this other salon were no where near as nice and haven't even lasted two weeks. Just makes me appreciate Georgia and her team even more..
