Kate was lovely and very professional. It really didn’t have anything to do with the service. I came with a group of girls from Brisbane attending a wedding and was booked in by someone else. I was absolutely shocked when I had to pay that it cost 135 dollar for a mani and pedicure. This is double the price of any mani or pedi I have ever paid for and pedi was pretty basic they didn’t scrape dead skin off the feet. The price was absolutely ridiculous and that is the down fall and reason you only get two stars. If it was a pedicure that covered everything such as using scraper deluxe pedicure maybe but, I’ve had better pedicures at Asian salons. I get you are Byron Bay and jack your prices up for all your tourists but, this was an absolute rip off and everyone I have told is in absolute shock as well as the group of girls I went with at the price. I will say that the place is beautiful and very clean, 5 stars for appearance. The tech I had was very nice and did a wonderful job, 5 stars for her and her alone. About 5 minutes into my manicure, some lady (apparently the manager), starting berating my technician in front of everyone. Not just once but came back at least 3-4 times every few minutes to yell at her again. I finally asked her to please stop. I don’t care what the technician did or didn’t do that wasn’t “correct” you should never, ever yell at them in front of other clients. It’s extremely unprofessional and degrading to the employee. I made an appointment for 2:30 for me, my best friend, and my daughter (it was her first time for her birthday.) once they took us to our chairs we waited for 15 Minuets until they started. Our water was freezing at this point. Then they asked who wanted to go first?! My daughter (who is 4) was over it at this point. They were rude, horrible customer service. When I told them we all had appointments they responded with “they know but they have a lot of WALK INS and need to get to them as well.” I get that, but we had appointments for the sole purpose of being able to all 3 go at the same time. I will NEVER go back. I was so upset and disappointed. They didn’t add in the military discount either even though they acted as they did. This place is so nice and relaxing. I’m always skeptical when trying out a new nail salon but Daisy was great and she took her time on my pedicure and nails. I recommend the lavender pedicure and add jelly. I’ll definitely be coming back and they have a kid area too so I can bring my daughter next time to get her a mani and pedi as well. Read Less

Just had a wonderful experience at Bella Nails today as a girls day with my mother. Maria was wonderful and could not have done a better job!!! Annie who just started and moved here two weeks ago did my mother and she was amazing. They listened to what we wanted and were so pleasant. So nice to have found a wonderful salon to treat myself!! Horrible customer service . Don't know how to greet or even have a conversation with a customer. Three of us went in the evening to get our main/pedi done and they were bit accommodating and extremely rude. They rushed through everything. Never had such bad pedicure done. Today, I experienced my 1st green tea pedicure and gel manicure. All the instruments are individually wrapped, the staff is friendly and helpful, all the chairs are comfortable. It was such a nice experience! There is a wide assortment of colors and it's decorated beautifully. Even the music was nice. I never felt rushed even though they were busy. Made an appointment to have a mani/pedi. The place is beautiful inside and staff was super nice. The pedicure was absolutely amazing and the chairs were super comfortable. The Nail tech talked me into getting the SNS nails. Worst mistake!!! My nails weren't soaked and my cuticles were not cut ahead of time. The SNS technique is super thick and uneven. The edges of my nails weren't even done. The Tech nicked my skin with his dremel. OUCH!! Usually when I get a mani, they wrap your hands with a warm towel and apply lotion, Not here!! Can only comment on their signature pedi as that's what I got. Not impressed for $60 and they didn't even moisturise your feet. She did a decent clean around the cuticles but lazily scrubbed each feet with foot scrub for 5 seconds. Then rinsed off and pat dry. Was disappointed that it didn't include to buffer off rough skin for that price. Seemed more like an express service for what's called a signature pedi.Read Less
