Would like to rate in negative actually. Never go there if you value time. I went there for a manicure. After completion and paying I realised that my nails had rough edges so I went back again, only to be treated rudely. A lady came and worked on my nails, applied the minimum top coat possible. After curing it turned out to an uneven nail plate. I was too tired to explain for a third time why this is not done. They are always rushing to finish with a customer. Read Less

I've normally never had any issues with this place. But have noticed since moving location them slipping. The lady who was doing my pedicure was on the phone the whole time doing my nails, she cut the side of my nail and yanked it until it bled (it's still throbbing) she got shellac all over the sides of my toe (not the nail) she put the light on top of my nails so they are smudged and when I tried to ask he what she was doing she just looked at me with a blank face. I was advised to go to Mirabelle to get my nails done for my wedding. Annie did such an exceptional job and I was so happy with the ombre sns on my finger nails. I couldn't decide on the colour for my toes & ended up changing my mind on the colour after Annie had spent the time applying 3 coats. ive had a really good experience. i had 2 people working on me at the same time, both did excellent professional job. I also noticed all brand new filers and scrubbers were used on my feet, and thrown out after use. They were very quick and efficient! definitely will go back! Read Less

The WORST NAIL SHOP WITH TERRIBLE STAFFS I EVER BEEN TO!! I I just went there yesterday for shellac new set Unfortunately enough I had the terrible staff who couldn't careless for what I said and asked for !! I told her cut my index and middle finger to be shorter , she looked at me and say rudely ' I'm doing it now but then I fully ignored it!! No customer service or whatsoever, it's like she's upset at her husband and now she's taking it on the whole world!!! The super glue's stuck under my nails and she didn't bother to remove it for me even I asked her 2 times!! She's holding my hands and filing nails like she's just angry at me and just want me to f***k off already as soon as I walked in! No smile or asking question or nothing . The shop is very nice and the staffs I have experienced is just terrible and worse than any shop I have been to . Not lying!! The one and only!! Before me there're 2 customers complaining about SAME problem I have !! Fast service, was able to get in quite quickly for a mani/ pedi, also could tell quality in cleanliness which is very important for me. Was frustrating though that the staff kept talking to each other in another language instead of focusing on the clients. I'm sitting here getting infills done. The lady attending to me is soooo rude. She rushed me to pick a colour and I thought it was because someone else was waiting to choose but it wasn't! Then she told me not to move otherwise she would make a mistake! Last but not least I picked up the colours again and she asked if I had changed my mind, when I said no, she snatched them away from me! Never met a more rude woman in my life. Worst experience ever! It took almost 2 hours to get s and s done, then the colour that I chose looked completely different. They told me that it was because my skin is too light and the powder was uneven, like it was my fault. They never mentioned this to me before I got my nails done. They then re-did one nail with 3 coates and it came out white. My nails are all lumpy and uneven and different colours. When my nails were being done the girl added tips to the end and told me it was standard for s and s. Not only did she glue the tips on crooked, but then she made my fingers bleed when she was filing them and charged me extra. Staff were rude and told me the colour on all my nails was the same and that I needed to get my eyes tested. I will never go back! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Read Less

Unsatisfying result and horrible customer service. Staff were very unhelpful and made me feel so uncomfortable. It was just a waste of my time and I felt so unwelcome. Please learn some manners and proper customer service. They did not pay attention to what they were doing and did not even look at the job. Worst nail job I have ever had! Do not suggest this place to anyone! The girl rushed my nails, cut me and wasn't paying attention she sanded my fingers more then once! Acrylic is all over my fingers, nail polish was bodgy and thick, the girl turned my hand making me hit my nail causing a hole in the polish and didn't fix it my nails are different thickness and different shapes.
