I was excited to try this place out as it is 2 minutes down the road from where I live. I originally lived in Sydney and moved a year ago, but I finally tried this place out last week.
There were so many beautiful options to choose from, I was so excited but that was the end of it for me. I made a booking and I was still told to wait.. I only had 1.5 hours to do SNS + shellac on my real nails + one acrylic tip & just painting shellac on my feet. I didn't get a manicure nor did I get a pedicure.. I was charged $90. I was so shocked. The quality was horrifying. Absolutely HORRIBLE. most of my nails are all bumpy as if they had 10 coats over them, they weren't painted properly at all especially on the edges. If I had to pay $90 but the quality was good.. I'd be more than willing to. Frjends and family have commented on how ugly my nails are. I'm not coming back here again, even if it only takes me 2 minutes to drive down the road.

Elan Salon is by far one of the best salons i've ever been too! Amazing staff, who take time and pride in their work! I get my nails and eyelashes done and i've never been disappointed. You can make an appointment or walk in and they will always be honest and say yes or come back if there very busy. The staff are lovely and liz is one of a kind she has been doing both my nails and lashes for a year and a half, she's always making me feel and look beautiful! I 100% recommend Elan Salon to everyone! Thank you for yet another amazing service.

Came here with a friend on a recommendation of a coworker. Was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful fit out and wide range of options for nails. This unfortunately was the peak of our experience. Service was extremely slow and quality was low. Prices were on "special" yet were still expensive when compared to my usual salon's prices. ($65 for a mani pedi with shellac fingernails which took us 2 hours to be finished). My nails were patchy and scratched. My friend left with nail polish all over her fingers. The lady first denied seeing the issue and then when she acknowledged them didn't offer a discount. We will not be returning and will be reccomeding friends to try elsewhere. Very disappointed! A good nail salon in Bulli would have been amazing.

Went in today with an appointment to have nails done for a function, they had over booked and were so rushed my french polish looked terrible the nails were crooked way too thick and not shaped proper...
Went in today with an appointment to have nails done for a function, they had over booked and were so rushed my french polish looked terrible the nails were crooked way too thick and not shaped properly. I will never go there again and I will let all my friends know not to use this establishment in Bulli. I had to pay another nail artist to try and fix them before my function which resulted in them being reshaped and painted red because the french polish could not be salvaged. Very unhappy with the service and quality
