You don't need to speak the same language to sense the lack of respect and amount of deceit going on. I was over-charged and I saw the whole thing when the girls winked at each other and got out extra things I didn't ask for to trick me. When confronted, they dropped their heads and pretended to not speak good english. Absolutely outraged and wouldn't go back here if you payed me to. Relaxation time shouldn't bring more stress! Very disappointing

In Manly on holiday from the UK. pulled some of my home applied acrylics off and searched for hours reading some shocking reviews of nail bars! Came to the mall especially for ProfessioNail treatment ...
In Manly on holiday from the UK. pulled some of my home applied acrylics off and searched for hours reading some shocking reviews of nail bars! Came to the mall especially for ProfessioNail treatment and wasn't disappointed! Friendly staff, LOADS of colours and awesome looking nails again yey :)

Service was disgusting. Waited over 20 minutes before someone saw me. The guy that was doing my nails seemed very detailed but he actually didn't know what he was doing. He spent 15 minutes filing one...
Service was disgusting. Waited over 20 minutes before someone saw me. The guy that was doing my nails seemed very detailed but he actually didn't know what he was doing. He spent 15 minutes filing one nail into shape but it turned out completely sideways. When I pointed it out he said he would fix it but it needed to be completely replaced as it was much smaller than the other nails. ( which were also all different heights) I had been there for over an hour and a half when I stopped him , he hadn't finished shaping them, he didn't file them or paint them and he tried to charge me $30.
Never going back again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The young girl was more interested on the people coming in asking then to choose colour. That's why she cut me not paying attention. Woke up this morning with too blisters off too chemist

I was over-charged and I saw the whole thing when the girls winked at each other and got out extra things I didn't ask for to trick me. When confronted, they dropped their heads and pretended to not speak good english. Absolutely outraged and wouldn't go back here if you payed me to. Relaxation time shouldn't bring more stress!
