Terrible experience... rushed and tapped along like cattle. End result is patchy nails. When I tried to get the girl to fix a mistake she got cranky at me. Most unenjoyable experience! I will never go back again ! The first girl who started doing my nails tried to give me a sneaky , manicure ! I asked for acrylic shellac nails - she just didn't listen to me and proceeded to do a regular shellac job! Once I mentioned the misunderstanding, she began speaking in another language , giggling and clearly bitching ! Another , totally rude girl took her place , was forceful, rough and very rude! I even tried to give the rude lady who did my nails some feedback and she flat out wouldn't listen to me - telling me 'No - not rude' ! Worst service I have ever experienced! I feel angry that she made me pay for it too ! No apology , no concerns about my feedback ! If they had taken it on board and offered a discount I wouldn't air out my complaint on their website - hopefully they learn from this ! Read Less

Employees were nice enough however my service was shocking. Got charged $50 for SND, no treatment of my fingers, had to ask four times for them to file my nails into the same shape and have still come away with lopsided and weird shaped nails. The SNS was not filed down so is thick and the correct top coat was not used. Disappointed and extremely dissatisfied. Read Less

Very happy with my first experience here. I was unhappy with the quality of gel infills in the Manly salons, so i came here. The price was great, the infills were expertly done and painted, and the lady was very nice and gentle when taking off my old nails. I recommend very much. Read Less

Everything about this place is inviting, it's clean, not packed with people, the ladies are lovely they actually talk to you. So gentle on my nails and fingers which can be sensitive at times. The price was great $30 for Acrylic infills is perfect. I will be back you have a very satisfied customer.Read Less

Well my first experience was good - nice long lashes that I thought lasted quite well. I am no stranger to eyelash extensions. I used a living social voucher that also included an infill for ($89). Today I went back for my infill - the "boss" decided I needed a full new set, without consulting or advising me and went ahead and did what she considered a full set. There was minimal removal of the old lashes, and several painful plucks that I can guarantee included my natural lashes. At the end she said "I had to do a full new set" and walked out of the cubicle. In my opinion the new lashes are significantly shorter then the ones from the first visit and much thinner - I asked her if they were a shorter length and she said no, same. No mention of extra charges. I gathered my stuff and walked out of the salon. Then one of the workers chased after me and dragged me back to the salon saying I had to pay $30. The "boss' was nowhere to be seen. I was ordered more than once to sit down and wait for her to reappear. I declined and stood. When the Boss finally returned 10 minutes later, I was told I owed the extra $30 due to her having to apply the full set rather than an infill. Well after only 3 weeks in the middle of winter I think this is a sad reflection of the quality of their work and the money-grabbing nature of the management. I did not pay the extra $30 and I will be demanding a refund from the voucher supplier as this was highly embarrassing for me to be dragged back to the salon and grilled in front of the entire clientele like a common criminal. Disgusting behaviour by a retailer in a highly sought after location and I will certainly be spreading the word to all my friends to avoid this place like the plague.
