I went into this institution to get a full set. Firstly, the nail polish was so sloppy my baby sister could've done a better job. Secondly, the acrylic was so thin that within the day, four of my nails had snapped at the tip. Then, on top of that, my nails are now infected. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON AND THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They argued with me in front of other clientele and they only offered a color change, which doesn't help the fact that I still have a bunch of broken nails. Go down the street where it's clean, nice customer service, and they're respectful to their clients. Definitely never using their service again and I'll be telling everyone I know. Read Less

This place owns the new York nail company that I am reviewing. I gave my male friend a gift certificate to this salon to get a pedicure. He has been there in the past and has gone three times. Each time he has gone there has not been a woman there to service them. The men refused to service him. This was very embarrassing as this was a Christmas gift for my friend and I'm extremely offended for my friend as to how he was treated by this establishment. Read Less

I have been looking for a salon like sin city for a very long time, professional, clean, friendliest I have come across and not once have I left without them asking if I was happy with my nails and making any changes If I wanted. I absolutely loved this place. They were super attentive, and made sure they knew exactly what I wanted before starting their work. I was so happy with the quality, my nails looked gorgeous. I’m exceptionally fussy when it comes to my beauty treatments and Ive had a few less than impressive manicures lately, so doing a local search and finding Sin City was a godsend. The salon and equipment was really clean (super important!) and the shellac finish was perfect. The girls were refreshingly sincere and welcoming and the service was fantastic. Highly recommended! Finally got a chance to check this place out. It was recommended by some friends who where all raving about the work and service and one girl in particular. I checked their FB page and looked them up a few times and was very impressed with their work and eyelash extension jobs they posted online and I had heard nothing but positive reviews so I decided to go in. Wow what a find! the staff was so accommodating and friendly for starters, the shop was super clean and tidy and I left feeling a million bucks!! I got my mani and pedi on to start with and had mink eyelash extensions done By Jeni. An overall great experience and was simply won over. Best service and eyelashes I have ever had done, hands down!! I left with a grin from ear to ear! Truly impressed and could not come higher recommend. This little salon is a rare find indeed. Only downer is parking.. There is only enough room for a few cars directly in front of the shop on Bay st but if you are lucky you may fid one, otherwise you can probably find one  across the street or if you don't mind a little walk you can park near the beach or at coles down the road.
