I've used Elegant Nails on a number of occasions for both a manicure and pedicure. They do a good job but BEWARE. As happened to me last week, they sat me in a chair for a pedicure where I sat for half an hour before they started the process to take off my shellac. I sat for another 45 minutes unable to get up and leave as I had polish remover and foil on my toes. So it took me nearly 2 hours... a good thing I was parked in a 2 hour limit. They said they were busy (and they were) but if they can start the process you can't just get up and leave. They have you cornered.

I went to go get two of my falling sns nails replaced since I had gotten them done in the Gold Coast. The colour they suggested was off and the shaping was terrible. It turned out lumpy and they fell ...
I went to go get two of my falling sns nails replaced since I had gotten them done in the Gold Coast. The colour they suggested was off and the shaping was terrible. It turned out lumpy and they fell off 5 days later. I was really disappointed since I have been there for a manicure before and it was pretty good.
