I am a regular client at Bondi Nails. However, after my experience at the salon on the weekend, I'm afraid I will not be choosing Bondi Nails ever again.. They were short staffed which meant I had to wait longer and this also effected the quality of the nail service. There should have been more staff on a Saturday, rather than the girls rushing backwards and forwards from patrons. My long nails were butchered down to nothing and also un even. TERRIBLE!!! I went to the salon to get SNS mani and shellac Pedi. They had me waiting while they did a manicure to a woman that just walked in even though I had an appointment. This is terrible service. I wanted to use a Groupon Voucher I purchased and they thought it was fake which was so uncomfortable. If they don't know how promotional codes work they should not advertise or offer something they are not willing to sell. Then they asked me to come the next day but that's not gonna happen. I found this nail salon on yelp while on holiday in Bondi Beach. Loved the fact that they were open on Sunday. I walked in with a nice warm welcomed. The staff were very nice. I got a pedi and refill. They did a great job on both. Loving my nails and feet. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Read Less

The worst manicure I've ever had! One of my acrylic nails broke within 24hours of getting them done, another 2 days after that. I had to wait 30 minutes when I had an appointment, Had 3 different people work on my nails, I was cut twice & as if that wasn't enough the colour I chose did not match the sample colour. Read Less

I have been coming to this nail salon for almost ten years now and Tina and her team were always busy but did a great job. Last week I went in to find it has new owners and they are really terrible. It took 2 hours to have my shellac removed and only new shellac to my toes - I had to leave and come back the next day. I believe Tina has moved to central coast - very much missed! Read Less

Very disappointed with these ladies. I came in to get an infill last week and within 6 days 3 of my nails came off. I went in and said I would like them to take them off (at no cost to me since I just paid $30 6 days ago and 3 have already fallen off. She said she would fix the two that are off for free but if I wanted to get them removed I would have to pay (probably cause she assumed I'd take my business elsewhere after. Not to mention getting my nails done by the older woman was usually painful and rushed. I obviously won't be coming back! There are much better nail places in Bondi. Read Less

Any trip over to Bondi for a day at the beach should be punctuated with a stop-off at this namesake nail bar. The shop's patron, Tina, is a welcoming, friendly and ever-so chatty manager who'll carefully remove your foam thongs at the end of your treatment and farewell you as you walk out the door. Beware the loyalty card - a stamp is only rewarded to those who pay for a mani-pedi combo, but at just $35 it's a pretty good deal and after five you'll get one for free. My favourite part: they do that thing where each nail is sealed off with the polish by painting across the tip after colouring it in your OPI or Essie of choice - yay for a solid week of chip-free nails.
