This was my first time and also last time to this shop, terrible nail tools and terribel work by staff with worst working attitude. I have no idea how small electric fan can help nail polish dry and fix. It just keep on my nails 2 minis then I take all off. It not means cheap price can be terribel job and cheap attitude. horrible experience! over plucked and made my eyebrows extremely uneven. wax they use is cheap thus making the whole experience very painful and time consuming. all this if for nothing as the hair doesn't even get removed properly even though they re-waxed some areas up to 4 TIMES and then proceeded to use tweasers, i've never even experienced someone to have to re-wax the same area twice on me. the price is also even more expensive then my usual waxing place which is wayyyy better quality. Half the wax was still left on me and I have serveral patches of hair and just single hairs everywhere that have been left behind. can't even tell I got a wax! Well you can tell with my eyebrows atleast considering one of them is half the size of before and they plucked off pretty much half of the tail and then they barely even touched the other eyebrows except for making the arch smaller and making it start further adding to the uneveness. cannot stress how much my day has been ruined never going here again and hope no one else does either. Made an appointment for 5pm yesterday for nail & eyelash infills . 5.20 still waiting and after being a regular client for so long and having experienced this delay for much longer on more than one occasion in the past few weeks decided I would no longer give my business to a company who does not honour regular clients or appointment times . ( Why take them if you won't / don't honour them ? ) During my wait yesterday a number of walk ins were served immediately yet I sat there for over 40 mins ( It has been more than 2 hrs recently ) I also referred many customers to Sea Nails in the past too . They absolutely botched my nails. I came in for a sns and it was sloppy and super thick. They put so much on that my fingers were hurting. Uneven colour and shape. I came back to get it removed the same day, they sat me down for 45 min no one attended to me ended up leaving without it removed with no refund offered Read Less

They say that they use Shellac on your nails but it isn't. Maybe it's a different brand, either way they use a sort of adhesive undercoat / binding glue... which does not come off. Leaves glue on your nails and if scraped off, takes a layer of your nail with it. Great because it's lasts months, not so great when you finally try to soak it off and are left with ruined nail beds. At first I thought this place was terrific and the pedicures were great. The last few times I have had the younger girls do my nails and they have not done a great job. The shellac came off within a week. Read Less
