I have been going here every 2 weeks for the past 18 months and always recommend it to my friends. Karla and Jay are my absolute favorite. I always have Karla do my fills and sometimes my pedicures. My nails always look amazing and I get tons of compliments. You really can’t go wrong with any of the ladies there though. The wait typically isn’t long but calling ahead is usually a good idea. The pricing is fair and competitive with the area. Some of the bad reviews below seem to be kind of weak and lack validity if you ask me. Can’t recommend this place enough! Read Less

The service was lovely when I first arrived but the lady was very rough. I chose a deep red shellac colour and I left with my hands all covered with red stains. I asked her to please remove it and she did but barely. The lady continued to mutter under her breath the whole time and acted annoyed that I had asked (to remove the excess shellac that had stained my hands!!! Surely this is included in a manicure???) they were still very stained, So I asked again as I couldn't go to a work meeting with stained nails and the lady was SO rough. She used acetone and dug into my fingers and under my nails to try to remove it. They're still slightly stained. Pretty disappointed with the service. And it was really painful. I Had been there during the day to get a pedicure and the girls were GREAT. I went back in the evening to get my fills and arrived at 7. They were all busy but I was advised that Paul was finishing up and he would assist me. Well sure enough Paul finished and one of the girls told him I had been waiting for him. Paul said “it’s almost 7:30 I’m leaving.” Paul went to the back, got his stuff and left without even acknowledging me. VERY POOR customer service! I asked how long the wait is ,in which a lady replied 25 to 35 min ok so an hour passed and i asked how much longer because it has been an hour and there were only 2 people before me.. she said they are almost done...so total 1hr and 10 min waiting...bad customer service since they did not acknowledge me that 1hr n 10 min i was there nor did they opologize...first time and last time i waist my time here... do not recommend. Terrible service. Got a number of waxes done and firstly the lady was late then the job was terrible, lots of hair left and when I showed the lady she was rude and claimed the hair was "too short", which was ridiculous as it was just an entire patch missed. Also used the wrong wax on my first underarm causing it to get stuck and leave me with a terrible rash. Would NOT recommend. Read Less

It has always been very difficult to find a nail place that I feel comfortable with. Jennifer and Victoria at Lady Nail Spa make you feel very comfortable. They are very friendly, and professional. Always with a smile on their face. Jenny did an amazing job on my mani and pedi today. Victoria has done mani and pedi's for my sister and also does an amazing job. Best place to get your nails and pedicure done! The staff is very friendly and kind. I believe Kevin was the guy that did my nail and pedicure and love them. I'm seriously happy to have found a place that does good work on this side of town. Also the price is not bad at all and they're always having some sort of specials going on.Read Less

Excellent job on pedicures but would not recommend anyone there for waxing. Decided to take another chance at waxing my eyebrows since being here and it was not a good experience. Now I have to wait another month or so to let my eyebrows grow in. The lady that did them told me my eyebrows were uneven before she started. She basically just finished the job. I went here for the forst time last week. Big mistake. If you care about hygiene, don't go here! I had a standard glitter nail polish on before the manicure which they tried to remove without much effort but couldn't (as they didn't even try properly, never had issues removing it before). The manicurist then filled a bowl with acetone and told me to keep my hands in for a few minutes! At first I didn't question it but after 20 seconds I took my hands out as I realised what was happening. She wanted to force my hands back in but I refused saying " I'm not putting my hands in acetone!" She smiled awkwardly and proceeded to remove the polish normally after that, which worked of course had she tried properly the first time. The worst part, she made the girl learning next to her watch as she put the acetone which my hands were sitting in from the bowl back in the bottle!! She was smiling when she did this and explaining to the girl about the little trick. When she saw me looking in shock, she turned her back and hid it from me. This woman was the head manicurist too. Teaching others her unhygienic methods. This is a pure violation of hygienic starndards and I will consider reporting it. I can't imagine what else they are doing behind our backs. Read Less

This is definitely my new spot! I moved here 6 months ago and have been to numerous nail salons. What I loved about Lady Nail Spa: -Laura did my gel polish so clean! Like not a drop of polish outside my nail bed. It's the nicest set I've gotten in El Paso. -She was very pleasant -She did not try to force an upsale on me (those other salons were horrible about trying to get me to buy the more expensive pedi) -She was efficient and did not ask me weird questions.
