Had my nails done 2 days ago. Paid extra 5 dollars for long lasting nail polish. Day 1 already had few chipped. Day 2 as on the picture. Same on the other hand. Why would one charge extra 5 dollars and advertise as long lasting when in fact it’s worse than normal nail polishes??? Also not happy with pedicure. The girl who was doing it is obviously in training. No experience whatsoever. Did half of a job and with hesitation. Ladies kept explaining her what to do while she was doing it! You can’t charge full price for the service if it’s done by a trainee or at least ask the client if they are ok to have trainee provide the service! Extremely unhappy and surprised to see such a positive feedback for this place. Read Less

I searched google for the top rated salon in Bondi Junction, with 4.7 stars I was happy to pay the extra and have an excellent job done by the salon, but Instead I was extremely disappointed with the service I recieved. I walked in for a full set of SNS nails, they did not listen to my request to use pink powder, the shape and level of white tip on my nails were all completely different, they did not file down the sides which gave me an extremely painful hang nail just 5 days later. And in less than 1 week all my nails cracked and lifted. All this and i paid $56 thinking I would be given a premium service. Dont be fooled by the Google rating. The cheaper salons may not look at pretty but atleast you get what you pay for and if you tell them you need another layer of gel, they dont argue with you, they give it to you. Waste of time & money. Try BINF near the station. 40% off Winter Sale and as a new business trying to attain new clients they wont be as arrogant or expensive as Chi Chi. Read Less

Honestly has the greatest workers there, very caring and explain things in a very manner able way, would definitely go back as I had such an amazing experience, love the store. People should definitely go there, you would walk out feeling amazing and very happy! Read Less

CHI CHI is the best in the Eastern Suburbs! I'm a regular customer with Chi Chi, Julie and the other girls (& guys) from the salon. They are friendly, quick, professional, clean, and will always go the extra mile, staying open a little later or doing the colour again if I'm not happy with it. After I get my shellac done at Chi Chi's it lasts almost 1 month! It never chips, at other salons it will last 2-3 weeks. Chi Chi simply is the best :) Read Less
