This was honestly the worst experience I have EVER had a nail salon. The older lady was so rude Physically pushing me around from chair to chair.. kicked my shopping bags because it was slightly in her way... for someone who was already having a terrible day and then being greeted like this was a really crappy feeling.
She gave me one little pallet out of the basket of nail colour to choose from.. then got huffy and puffy when I asked if I could please have a look at the rest of the ones in the basket.
Then as my foot was directly under the running tap... she came to turn it off but turned the temperature to absolutely BOILING HOT... I said a swear word and instantly wanted to just hurt this woman to be honest.
I ended up just telling the young girl who took over my pedicure to just paint and then that’s it.. I’m going somewhere else because the scrapping of the cuticles was f*k*cking unbearable.
As it was time to pay they tried to charge me $45
When I kicked up a fuss about the way they treated me and that it was only a paint.. so not try and hustle me, they then said “oh no sorry sorry it’s $25”
Stay well clear of this disgraceful place.

I got acrylic nails done here and they were crooked, the paint was useless and they charged me $5 more because of the shape of the acrylics. I went to get a refund and the staff refused to talk to me and pretended to call their boss saying the line was busy and there was no service when there definitely was. I never got my money back and I refuse to go there again. It was dirty, disgusting and there were bugs. The staff were rude and did not help at all.

nails were not done properly. nail polish smudged everywhere. acrylics where not placed on properly. went in to talk about the inconvenience and was ignored for an hour!!!! they’re refusing to give a refund because there “isn’t money in the till”. absolutely appalled. Do not go here.

Terrible experience here, the manager/supervisor was so rude! He screamed at me when I asked him to file my nails to my preferred length - embarrassing me infront of the whole salon. He botched the shape of my nails (and would not fix as he said he would have to start again) and was so rough and hurt me multiple times throughout the whole service. I was left sitting for 25 mins during the service as he left to do some one else’s entire manicure. Will never be returning here !

Dirty. Rushed. Girls didn’t care. She got glue all over my nails then told me to ‘dry’ whilst she sat in the cupboard on her phone. Never came back to tell me I was dry. I asked for SNS and she gave me a gel manicure then had the nerve to charge me for SNS. Should’ve read the reviews beforehand. Don’t know why this place is still open.

Worst manicure I've ever had. Lady had zero care. Bored and mangandled the little tootsies. Cut my cuticle so bad on one toe, made it bleed. She pretended not to notice.

Worst manicure I've ever had. Lady had zero care. Bored and mangandled the little tootsies. Cut my cuticle so bad on one toe, made it bleed. She pretended not to notice.
Foot bath foot stand didn't even work, so had to rest them for her and hold the position (no chance of a relaxing manicured re here).
Towels look so scummy and old, don't trust they are washed, although glad to see her tools were fresh out of a sealed package.
Shoddy work and more expensive that others in the junc. Go to the others! This one is the pitts.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Seriously hard to believe that they are allowed to stay open. After cutting both my feet (if I could work out how to add the photos to this post, I would) the manager Helen told me that the bleeding toes were not done by them - that she would know if a client was bleeding (yeah right, the young girl is sure to go tell her boss) The piece de resistance - when I asked her why the young girl would put a band aid on my toe if it wasn’t bleeding, she said they don’t even keep band aids in the store!

Went in for a shellac buff/shape/polish on a whim because I couldn’t get in to my usual salon and I saw their 20% off promotion. Was spoken to so rudely and straight in front of my face the ladies were speaking Vietnamese and laughing and pointing at me.
When I sat down it was obvious that they wanted to get me in and out as quick as possible. The lady began to file my previous shellac to aid in removal, but she filed so aggressively and quickly that she began to file my actual nails. When I pointed this out and said I wanted to leave she told me they didn’t have time to remove them properly and my nails were ‘ugly enough already so why does it matter’.
Absolutely shocking service and nail care.
Never ever go here.
If you want technicians that actually care about nail health and professionalism I would suggest going to Nail Design on Spring St.

I was asked to give up my seat well before my nail polish was dry. It was layered on very thickly, so I'm anticipating it peeling off in a few days. Other people who arrived later were served ahead of my sister with Downs, who was similarly moved out of her seat and had her nails finished in a corner leaving me standing around for the time it took for them to be painted and dry. Customer service and product are uniquely poor.

Really disappointed in the service offered at this salon, such a shame because there are so many other salons in the same centre. On my 4th visit I found one peeling after 3 days. When I returned and asked to have it redone (even offering to oay for it) I was greeted with extreme rudeness and reluctance to assist. Then asked to wait and completely ignored whilst other clients continued to be taken in and assisted. I won't return and pay to be treated with rudeness. As a local to this centre I could have become a regular client. There are many other salons in Bondi, in future I will frequent those.

AVOID THIS SALON. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
I went to this salon for the first time to get shellac on my fingernails. They painted on my skin, and my cuticles. The polish chipped after 3 days, and was lifting from the edges. I went back there to show it to them and they said they will redo it. However, after they were done, I was told I have to pay! I had to pay them to correct the terrible job they did, and they were very rude! I am left with damaged cuticles - I will never go back here.

This was honestly the worst experience I have EVER had a nail salon. The older lady was so rude Physically pushing me around from chair to chair.. kicked my shopping bags because it was slightly in her way... for someone who was already having a terrible day and then being greeted like this was a really crappy feeling.

Terrible experience here, the manager/supervisor was so rude! He screamed at me when I asked him to file my nails to my preferred length - embarrassing me infront of the whole salon. He botched the shape of my nails (and would not fix as he said he would have to start again) and was so rough and hurt me multiple times throughout the whole service. Really disappointed in the service offered at this salon, such a shame because there are so many other salons in the same centre. On my 4th visit I found one peeling after 3 days. When I returned and asked to have it redone (even offering to oay for it) I was greeted with extreme rudeness and reluctance to assist. Then asked to wait and completely ignored whilst other clients continued to be taken in and assisted. I won't return and pay to be treated with rudeness. As a local to this centre I could have become a regular client. There are many other salons in Bondi, in future I will frequent those.

I went to this salon for the first time to get shellac on my fingernails. They painted on my skin, and my cuticles. The polish chipped after 3 days, and was lifting from the edges. I went back there to show it to them and they said they will redo it. However, after they were done, I was told I have to pay! I had to pay them to correct the terrible job they did, and they were very rude! I am left with damaged cuticles - I will never go back here.
