I sat down to get a pedicure and was waiting for about 10 minutes, which is fine. The lady was finished doing the persons feet next to me and came over to me and didn't even change her gloves! I had to ask her to change them which is disgustingly unhygienic!!!

Dont know how to apply acrylic or paint. Wouldnt recommend this place if you have high standards

Absolutely hate this place I received an eyebrow tint and wax today the lady I had was so rude didn't give me privacy by closing the door and didn't do a good job at all first she tinted my eyebrows and only left for like 2 minutes and then waxed them taking off my whole top arch I am furious my birthday is tomorrow and I feel so humiliated to be seen right now even worse I came home and cried also they need to learn to pick up there phone because I would like to have a few words with them 😡😡

Such rude customer service, 3 of them surrounding me whilst I was getting it done talking like no ones there, like I didn't need an audience. I asked the lady to fix the dent she created and she did a dodgy job by wiping it with her finger. Bumped one of my nails once the next day and it fell off. Wouldn't recommend it, if I could I wouldn't give them any stars.

Terrible service and untrustworthy for waxing. Went to get a full leg wax and only after going through the agony, getting a red spotty rash all over my legs and asking why literally NONE of the hair had come out whatsoever, was I told that my leg hair was too short. I now understand that hair has to be longer to wax, but they could have told me this before I went through with it.
On top of that, the lady seemed to have no idea what she was doing and when I asked if I'd have to pay full price considering the crappy job that was done, i was told that yes I would have to.
So $35 for nothing but an itchy rash.
Definitely wouldn't recommend, have reported them to ACCC and NSW Fair Trade

Wasn't the best experience. I respect that they were busy though, they ended up serving another customer first leaving me with my feet wrinkling up, because she complained that she wanted her nails done together with her daughter sitting next to her. I was left soaking my feet for 25 mins with no explanation or courtesy to reassure me they'd be working on my nails soon. When they finally got to doing my nails the lady was quite rough with the nail file that she'd left a cut right under my nails too. Not happy.

Terrible service and untrustworthy for waxing. Went to get a full leg wax and only after going through the agony, getting a red spotty rash all over my legs and asking why literally NONE of the hair had come out whatsoever, was I told that my leg hair was too short.
