Had a wonderful experience at Salon Hairizona today. Called at 2:00 and Diana was able to fit me at 2:30 for a shampoo/cut and style. My last haircut (elsewhere), was horrible and I was a bit nervous...she made me feel so relaxed, talked with me about what would look best in fixing the mess of layers I was dealing with and did an absolutely amazing job...I feel completely transformed! I've lived in Chippawa for a year and love so many things about it...after today, Trish, Diana and Salon Hairizona top my list of things I love about Chippawa. I would HIGHLY recommend them!! I have been going to Lush Nails for over 3 years I have at one point or another had the pleasure of having all three beautiful ladies do my nails, no complaint here they are all equally professional, lovely and do a terrific job on my nails, in relation to a earlier post by one ANGRY women we all live busy lives we all work your blessed if you finish work at 4:30 when majority of us don't, in saying that we all find time to ring an make an appointment or just ring on approach to ask if they are available, these ladies have lives of their own children to be picked up so if they say they need to be out by a certain time there is obviously a damn good reason for it, we should appreciate that!! I have NEVER found the ladies there to be anything other than accomodating and lovely to deal with, just because someone's English isn't that great doesn't mean they are rude everyone deserves respect and if you think any job WELL DONE will take 15 minutes then ur crazy I'm sure if someone were to walk into your work 10 or 15 minutes before close and demanded a 30 to 45 minute job You would be pissed off when you know you need to pick your children up by a certain time!!! THIS WAS THE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE IN THE WORLD. I ALWAYS GO THERE TO GET MY NAILS DONE. I DECIDED TO GO AFTER WORK AS I WORK TILL 4:30pm AND IT TAKES ME 20-30 mins TO GET HOME NEAR WHERE LUSH NAILS IS LOCATED. I GOT TO THE SHOP AT 5:15pm. THE DOOR WAS ALREADY LOCKED. ONE STAFF MEMBER WAS IN THE SHOP. I LOOKED AT THE TIME AND NOTICED IT WAS NOT 5:30pm AS STATED ON THEIR SIGN OUTSIDE. "OPEN 9:00am to 5:30pm mon-sat. SO THOUGHT I WAS IN TIME. THE LADY OPENED THE DOOR AND SAID ITS 5:15pm. WE ARE CLOSED. I SAID YOUR SIGN SAYS YOU CLOSE YOUR DOORS AT 5:30pm. CAN I PLEASE GET MY NAILS DONE AS I WORK, IM BUSY AND THIS IS THE ONLY TIME I HAVE. SHE YELLED AT ME SAYING THAT SHE NEEDS TO BE OUT THE DOOR BY 5:30pm TO GO HOME. I SHOULD COME ANOTHER TIME. SHE HAS TO CLEAN THE SHOP AND GO HOME. I STATED THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM AND IF THAT WAS THE CASE THAT THE SIGN SHOULD BE REWRITTEN TO CLEARLY SAY "OPEN TILL 5:00pm" ENOUGH TIME FOR THEM TO LEAVE BY 5:30pm LIKE SHE YELLED AT ME. SO THEN SHE DECIDED TO DO IT. I SAT DOWN AND YOU COULD CLEARLY FEEL AND SEE SHE WAS ANGRY. SHE ASKED RUDELY IF I WANTED MY NAILS SHORTER. I SAID YES. SHE DID THEM TOO SHORT. BUT I LET IT GO AS I DIDN'T WANT TO CAUSE MORE UNNESSARY ANGER. SO SHE CONTINUED TO FILE THE COLOUR OFF MY NAILS. SHE WAS IN A HURRY CLEARLY. SHE HURT MY NAILS AND BURNT MY SKIN ON THE SIDES. I YELLED OUCH AND SHE YELLED AT ME SAYING DO YOU WANT ME TO DO YOUR NAILS OR NOT? I SAID DO NOT YELL AT ME. SHE SAID YOUR ANGRY. I SAID YES I AM HOWEVER I AM NOT YELLING AT YOU. TALK NICELY. SHE CONTINUED TO WORK IN A HURRY UNTIL SHE HURT MY NAIL AGAIN. I SAID THIS IS ENOUGH. I AM NOT STAYING FOR YOU TO HURT ME. SHE GOT UP AND SHOOED ME OUT THE DOOR. I TOLD HER I WILL REPORT HER AND THE BUSINESS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF FAIR TRADING. I WISH YOU COULD SEE THE PICTURES I TOOK OF MY NAILS AND THE SHOCKING STATE THEY ARE IN. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND LUSH NAILS TO ANYONE. THEY ARE THE WORST AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE NOT ACCOMMODATING TO CUSTOMERS NEEDS. THEY YELL AND VERBALLY ABUSE THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY NEED TO SERIOUSLY THINK ABOUT THEIR TRADING HOURS AND STATE CEARLY WHEN TO WHEN THEY ARE OPEN. THEY NEED TO EMPLOY SANE MANECURISTS WHO HAVE EXCELLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE PROVIDING A SERVICE FOR WHICH I AM HAPPY AND OBLIGED TO PAY FOR AS I LOVE GETTING MY NAILS DONE. BUT TO BE TREATED IN SUCH A DISGUSTING WAY AND TO BE VERBALLY ABUSED FOR WANTING TO GET MY NAILS DONE IS WRONG. I AM THOUGHROUGHLY DISGUSTED AT THE WAY I WAS TREATED. LUSH NAILS IN BEXLEY NORTH SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. THEY ARE DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE. I HAVE POSTED THE PICTURES. I AM SO DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED. My first visit to Trish was just yesterday, I have to say I'm so impressed! She is WONDERFUL! She listened to every request I had and delivered! She explained everything about colour choices and her product line with me! She suggested colours that suited perfectly for the Natural Look I was hoping for!!! It couldn't have turned out better! So I went to the hair dressers beside blue lagoon and she butchered my hair it also cost me over 50 dollars for just a cut, I came to Trish because I knew she was younger and hip to younger clients and would know what I wanted and to fix my hair. She was fantastic. We also talked about her new hair colour line that is great for your hair, I will definitely be going there from now on and will definitely be recommending her to my friends. I LOVED my experience at Hairizona last weekend!! I called at 9:30 AM and was in a chair by 10:30. I wanted a couple inches off and subtle highlights, and Trish understood exactly what I wanted even through my indecisiveness, and she even styled it perfectly after. I was expecting, due to the quality and the time Trish spent with me, to spend a lot more than I did, but I was absolutely shocked at how reasonable the prices are!!!
