I have been getting nails on for a very long time and this is the worst nail job I have ever had! All of my nails were bleeding and ached for days after. Extremely painful and took hours and the end result was definitely not worth the pain and time. Would not recommend to my worst enemy! Read Less

I went in there to find the staff Watching shows on there iPad this was fine due to the fact there was no customers in the shop at the time but when I asked if I could get my eyebrows waxed They both seemed very cranky that I had pulled them away from whatever they were watching. After I had finished getting my eyebrows done I went out to pay to find the other lady still watching her iPad I went up to pay her she never said anything to me and snatch the money out of my hands. The worst nail experience of my life. I've come home and soaked all my nails off because they were all on an angle, not to mention, all of my fingers were bruised by the man doing them from drilling them so hard, and two of my fingers were cut with the drill also. absolute worst experience. never had a service done where i was made to feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. no hello on entry just greeted with an eye roll and completely ignored when i said goodbye on the way out. felt like i was spoken about and over paid to have a pedicure when i could have done a better job myself. poor customer service, poor work and definitely would not recommend. if i could rate less then one star i would. Worst Pedicure and Manicure I have ever had!! The guy in there was mimicking customers after he got off the phone and then they would all laugh and chatter about it in their own language loudly. You didn't need to know the language to know what they were doing.They were pointing out people who were walking past the outside of the shop and laughing and talking about them and also the customers who had left.Read Less

I love the massage chair & the pedicure it's just a pity the women are so rude as to speak about you in a foreign language & think you don't realise, the looks on their faces & the rolling if the eyes give it away though. So rude! Read Less

Went to have a pedicure with my mother, we should have known it was going to be a bad experience when we sat down and out our feet in the water, mums was so hot she couldn't leave her feet in and mine was ice cold. However we continued. The same lady did both of mine and mums and was so rough, she stabbed mum with the clippers cutting the toe nail and caused her to bleed. I have left with multiple cuts on the backs of my legs where she kept hitting me with the end of the scrubbing brush. She started painting mums toes and got the nail polish all over her shoes. (she did attempt to wipe it off when she was finished with no luck) We both looked at our toes when finished and the nail polish is everywhere all over our toes except for a few nails that she has missed spots on. Don't go here if you value your fingers... Previously not such an issue but today, my lady cut my fingers three times with her nail file (and didn't mind there was blood) and still wanted to charge full price! Not to mention the shape is different on each finger and they all are sloped to the side. So not worth ever going back! Read Less
