Don't go here, the staff are rude and if you have a gift voucher they won't help you. They already have the money so are not interested in obliging you with an appointment. When they first opened it was a pleasant experience but not anymore they have lost the plot. Also the last shellac pedicure I had here was very inferior. Sorry, but the level of service is really slipping, especially when Kevin isn't there. Yesterday, for the second time I've had to sit with my feet in cooling water for over half an hour while waiting for my pedi to start. I had an appt - So either you at overbooking, or giving walk ins priority over people who make appointments. I, several other people had to stand at the front desk for quite a long time before being dealt with. There were only two girls working, and one seemed Very inexperienced, while the second one was trying to do everything, plus fix the other girls mistakes. The actual work is well done, but this is also about atmosphere and the experience itself. Read Less
