Went in for a full set of acrylics and they delivered some nice uniform nails but service was appalling. Cut into my skin and continued to file onto open wounds even after I said it hurt. Then continued to get mad when I told them they cut my skin and blamed me for being too nervous. Also, prices are inconsistent for waxing and nail services. Employees would discuss what prices they should charge in Vietnamese before telling the customers. LMAO complains to each other about having no customers in the store but can't keep up to standards when there are only 2 customers in the store.

I went in to get a full set of acrylic following a friends recommendation and showed them a photo of what I was after, and they delivered with exceptional results!
Not to mention all the staff were lovely and kind. Thank you for an amazing experience and the best nails I’ve ever had 💕

I've been coming here for over a year now. Absolutely no where in Sydney can get my nail shape perfect like the girls here! My SNS has never lifted or broken and for the first time my actual nails have grown! I also get my eyelash extensions here which are always on point x I usually take my toddlers(3y, 1.8y & 6months!) with me and the girls are super amazing at helping me keep them entertained. The atmosphere is great and the music is sooo good! I always look forward to my appointments here xxxx thanks ladies 😘

Customer service was excellent, workers were friendly and my nails turned out the best I've ever had! She took her time to make them perfect which I appreciated. My nail technician was also very understanding and respectful when I didn't like the first colour I chose and let me choose again. Prices here are also reasonable, would definitely come back!!

All I can say is wow, I went to coco nails for the first time today as I was looking for a new nail place. As soon as I walked in I was blown away by the way we were welcomed all the girls are lovely....
All I can say is wow, I went to coco nails for the first time today as I was looking for a new nail place. As soon as I walked in I was blown away by the way we were welcomed all the girls are lovely. I got my nails done for my engagement party and they look and feel amazing. They helped me choose a colour and made sure I was 100% happy I will be back thank you coco nails :)

The entire process was rushed. Very disappointed with my nails. The only saving grace was the pedicure. Cst service sucks..they have their own definition for round shape of nails..hygiene wise- thumbs...

Best nail salon I've ever experienced. Got a full set with shellac and a pedi and I'm the most sensitive annoying person but Lara was soooo patient with me. All the girls are so lovely, helpful and happy. I walked out feeling like a million bucks I'm never going anywhere else! Also really affordable

Good prices. The both times I've been I've had two different nail technicians and both done a good job. May have to wait on weekends, otherwise can usually walk in and have your nails done quickly

Went in for a full set of acrylics and they delivered some nice uniform nails but service was appalling. Cut into my skin and continued to file onto open wounds even after I said it hurt.
