This salon needs to get new lamps for the shellac polish. Been back 2 times for them to fix peeling nail polish. 100% Service!! I visit Cameron Spa and Nails twice a month for my manicure/pedicure treatment. I always receive exceptional customer service and have never left disappointed. My total round trip driving time is 3 hours and believe me, the service is well worth it! When you enter the business you are warmly greeted by the owners or the friendly reception hostesses. The nail technicians are professional, hard working, efficient and friendly! The sanitation and cleanliness is exceptional! I highly recommend Cameron Spa and Nails for its consistent 100% service! Please excuse the run on sentences of this review but I'm writing out of frustration: This is the second or third time I've come here but by far the worst time. I wasn't a fan of the place but kept coming due to the fact that they are pretty sanitary (they line the foot baths with plastic for each person which is great). Today the technicians were beyond rude. She/they -were pushing me around physically to get me to go where she wanted (I'm pregnant, don't poke or push me) -g...ot annoyed when I asked her to shape my nails (and not just leave it the way she did when she trimmed them eith clippers aka sharp and crooked), -did such a terrible/quick shaping job that I took the file myself and fixed them -and the pedicure was basically just a nail polish job. She scrubbed for all but 2 minutes with one of the skin files/buffers (not both kinds like usual) and left me with dried peeled off skin...the kind of peeled dry skin that clings to blankets (I wish I could attach photos). The man at the desk tried to cheat the prices for my niece who did a kids Mani and I had to show him their own brochure on the table to proove he was telling me the incorrect price. And lastly they asked if I wanted to tip and I said absolutely not. When the other tech asked my friend awkwardly and my friend tipped a dollar she said "a dollar?" It should have been zero dollars but my friend rounded up from her bill. I've never seen techs or staff pressure or even ask for a tip before and I am usually generous with tips on my own. Just not when I get a full lecture when I bump my nail into the fan and I ask her to fix it and she blames it on me and my friend talking too much. ***Terrible terrible techs, very clean place, nice female staff at front, rude and lieing male at desk. I paid $80 last wednesday to get a gel mani and pedi and had to go back in yesterday (one week) because four of my nails' gel was peeling off, one completely peeled. They blamed me for my gel peeling, buffed the top coat off the others, painted the one and did a top coat on the rest. My nail just peeled again, literally the day after I got them "fixed". Was not happy at all went in to get french tips ( white tips) and the lady started putting clear acrylics on when i said n and told her again what i wanted she continued. I feel i wasted my money and never again. I really should have paid nothing. Read Less

Worst nail salon experience I have ever had unbelievable that girl with the white flower in her left ring finger was completely rude, dismissive and did not clean my nails properly before painting of them. A young male picked the excesses from under my nails and smudged them and then I was left by myself with 4 coats of nail polish in front of a fan. The nails were completely ruined by the time I got to the car because they were not dried properly and were rush ed. I'm over this place. It used to be my favorite place to go. They don't even ask you if you'd like something to drink anymore and when you ask, they forget and have to ask again after 15 minutes. The staff has become so rude and snappy with customers that it makes my experience terrible. The prices have gone up like crazy for poor quality service. They really stopped caring about their customer service and it's likely to never change since they have such a perfect location. They'll get business anyway, but don't expect to be treated well and do expect to pay an arm and a leg for services (with hidden charges that are decided by the discretion of the nail tech). Rubbish customer service and inconsistency on what services that the provide. Told waxing is not available on weekends then to be told no waxing on tues only weekends are ok. I went in 3 days ago and tried to make an appointment. Have also been told by them a couple of months ago they have no wax. Come on are you running a circus!!!!!! Read Less
