Went here for the 1st time this evening. Met Hannah and we had a delightful time. She has a great talent for excellent work and keeping you engaged in conversation. I typically enjoy going to get my nails done here by June(she’s great) however, I didn’t make an appointment and decided to just go up there last week. They placed me with a middle aged gentleman w/ glasses. As he began to clean my nails he started pulling at my skin which then resulted in my finger bleeding profusely. It was bleeding so bad he kept trying to place a cotton swab over it and pressing it to my skin super hard to stop the bleeding. It was horrible! He ended up p...icking out a color for me that he felt best matched the color I originally wanted(they were out) and began to paint my nails once the bleeding began to ease up. The color was bad, I just wanted to get out of there as it was so awkward after he kept apologizing about making me bleed. I got home & spoke w/ my bf who told me if you don’t like it, call and speak with the manager and see what he can do for you. I called within five minutes of being home and the manager told me to come back, my boyfriend and I both drove back and as I walked in I let the manager know I just got off the phone with him he looked at me like I was stupid and begin to criticize me on why I felt like I didn’t like the nail choice, then his wife(they are the owners/managers) began to yell at me b/c I should’ve told her while I was there instead of going home literally 5 minutes away from the nail spa. They sit me back down with the original tech which was extremely awkward and he doesn’t even speak. He begins to paint over my nails NOT REMOVING THE ORIGINAL COLOR!!! I asked him “your not going to remove that? He says “no it won’t matter” the second paint job was rushed and had no effort. The management and staff are rude, especially the manger, the way they constantly talk down to their employees is shocking, the way they yelled at me & made me feel as though I did something wrong is unbelievable! I went to Be Waxed and Tanned in Ballina yesterday and couldn't fault them from beginning to end. Haley was an expert at her job, I could tell, even though I'd never had a full body wax before! She kept asking me if it was too hot or hurting and I kept assuring her it felt fantastic. She gave me a facial as well and did my brows exactly how I had asked her to. Ya’ll are my new fav nail spot in Morrisville!!! I got my nails done on day one and loved the service. I came back day two with my daughter and for a pedicure and ya’ll did not disappoint!
