I have been going to easter nails for years and always have been treated nicely and get good quality services. As long as i have been going to them i always see them treated their customers very professionally and nice. They usually even greet their regulars by name. The shop is very clean. I honestly don't get why all these people are giving them horrible reviews. They always tell you their prices up front before giving you services. I think their prices are very reasonable compare to other places. I usually get a gel manicure and if it's their work, they do not charge you for gel polish take off. My gel would last up to 3-4 weeks at least. I also love their paraffin pedicure, very relaxing. Read Less

I’ve visited this location 2 times both times I tipped the nail tech. I just went back today for a balance (i was just there about 3 weeks ago) and they refused to service me because the nail tech said after doing my nails last time, he was uncomfortable. I asked several times why he was uncomfortable and the lady could not give me a specific reason. She said we just don’t want to do your nails anymore. In my 30 years of living, I’ve never been denied a service. I’m appalled by the way I was just treated. Furthermore, I signed in and sat there for 20 min before they decided to tell me they weren’t servicing me. I left feeling so confused as to why they treated me that way. Do NOT visit this place. I was a faithful customer for over8 years. This last year I noticed how much they penny pinch for everything. I don't mind paying for my services and I tip very well but don't tell me to take off a nail then tell me that will be an extra 5 at the end of my service. They charge for every little thing and my pedi don't last longer than a week even with getting the most expensive treatment. Read Less

I came in to get my feet done. After I selected the basic service a gentleman came up and told me I need to pay for a higher service because I needed more work. Lol really?
