If I could rate 0 stars I would. I’ve been to many nail salons in Canberra and this is easily the worst. The staff’s children running around screaming hitting each other, complaining and interrupting the lady doing my nails. I asked for a matte finish and she used the coat about 5 times but still came out glossy? Only lasted about 2 days before started chipping. The worst part was when I put my hands in to dry, the machine literally burnt me. I told the lady and she just said it’s fine, happens all the time. Never going back! Read Less

I've been going here for pedicures and leg waxes for a long time. yesterday i went for a pedi following a safari in Africa where I unfortunately fractured my arm very badly (snapped top of humerus in two). I wasn't quick enough to say DON'T put down left arm rest. as a result the arm rest hit the fracture site really hard. i know it was an accident but really really agonising. it was the response that really upset me; I was in tears and they were completely indifferent, treated it as a joke, implied I'm a sissy. never going back Read Less

I got my acrylic nails done with my sister here and I am completely disappointed. Throughout the process, I pointed out that the nails were not the same shape, and were placed on the nail either pointing upwards, or slightly to the left or right, but was completely ignored. I also tried to raise an issue with the finish of the nails being bumpy or having the top coat missed in some places of the nail completely to the technician but every time I tried to bring it to their attention, they avoided me, or ignored me. I won't be coming here again, and I would recommend others do the same. Read Less
