I had an horrible experience at this place. I didn't ask for price before because usually when I do acrylic manicure and pedicure goes around $70 dollars. The young guy that did my nail rushed the whole time, didn't cut my toe nail properly what I end up with an ingrown toe nail. And he charged me $120 dollars for abs didn't gave me an option of tip . I have been going to classy nails for years (since the owner Long moved from the mall to this salon) I used to be very excited to have my mani and pedis done here. I have noticed now he is rarely in this spa location and the management of issues are not addressed. They do have great technicians and the nails and shape I love; however, my last experience has me looking for a new spa. I had my nails (acrylic) done with gel polish and the thumb nail polish completely came off i...n one piece after one day. I returned to the salon for a fix and decided to change the color because they said that color does cure well; they charged me 30 dollars???????? Well two days later I have three nails where the gel polish has completely come off in whole and they want to charge me another 30 for a color fix!!!!!! I walked out. They are either using a bad product or because they are busy rushing thru the process and not allowing time for the polish to set. Either way I am disappointed in what used to my favorite place. Finally they have changed their payments to allow you to receive a discount if you pay cash; which is nice; however the tips are cash only now. You are not able to add them to your charge anymore. And the tech had the nerve after charging my an extra 30 dollars to position the sign in front of me to remind me tips are cash only. I am so disappointed in the service. Really disappointed in my manicure. I spent $70 on a full set with the new powder technique and not even 2 weeks later half of the nails have popped off fully intact. Not chipping or anything, just peeling away from my nail whole. For that much i would’ve expected the manicure to last a little longer. Less than 2 weeks isn’t acceptable. Read Less

My first time here was less than wonderful. So I decided to go back and give it one last shot because the salon is beautiful, the receptionist is friendly, and I just couldn't figure out why it was so bad. Turns out: it was just the tech I had. I went back and had the most incredible experience with (I believe) Mindy. Definitely give this place a shot! I have been seeing the same nail tech every 2 weeks for a year and a half. When he recently moved, I visited Classy Nails for the first time. Andy did my gel balance (3 repairs as well) and he did a great job and my manicure held up very well. It's a large salon so it's relatively easy to get in and you could even schedule an appointment with a group if you wanted to. They also have a very large selection of polish which is fun. Worst ever experience, very bad customer service. First of all the girl who did my nails was very rude, rough handling.Did not do it properly,was in a hurry. Also unhygienic after doing pedicure without changing gloves she applied cream to my hands.Even before the completion of the service she asked me to pay money.Felt insulted , she gave me the impression that I'm going to run away without paying money. Made a friend wait for 15 minutes for a gel polish, forgot to wax her brows and offered free and then charged her anyway, and my 1st set of nail dips were bumpy and crooked and look awful. My sister and I have been going to classy nails for years (almost since it opened). We used to LOVE it. They do have great technicians, however, the last four times we have been in we have had to wait at least 30 minutes (one time over 50 minutes) past our APPOINTMENT time. What is the point in making an appointment if you still have to wait 50 minutes. I'm sad that they are having a tough time managing appointment times.
