I’ve been going here for a couple of years and have watched the cleanliness, quality and timings degrade during that time.
Today was the dirtiest I’ve seen the salon and I sat with my nails soaking for 40 minutes and had to leave as my manicure still wasn’t close to being started.
Loan was the best person there and she has just left. She was always the cleanest and did the best work.
I won’t be returning.

Do not use!!! UNCLEAN AND UNHYGIENIC I have been using this nail business for a while on and off. I have always refused them to file my nails as in the back of mind I questioned the cleanliness of equipment. I now have a nail fungus that could only have come from them. Very angry and upset for my own stupidity

Macy does an amazing job on my nails. I give Macy a five star for nails. She is attentive and takes her time to make sure my nails meet with my approval. I will continue coming to Pure Luxe for my nails. However I will not have my pedicure done is here. The last time I had a pedicure done with my two daughters and I was told I had to pay extra to have my heels smoothed out and after the person massage lotion on my legs she decided to Wash the lotion off in the dirty water I was highly dissatisfied.

Your service today was an extreme disappointment. My technician was no where engaged in my business. Stopping to look at every car that drove by, customer that entered the door all the while communicating to his coworkers in their native language. While polishing my nails, I noticed the polish was not fresh. The first layer was cloudy and thick. After 3 layers, on natural nails, they looked horrible. I have been to your salon many times. I will not return.

My husband, Tony and I snatched us a Breakcation at Pure Luxe Spa In Columbus, Oh as we truly enjoyed our personal experience with Emma and Victor. I received the Luxe Spa and he, the Organic Pedicure with a Mask and Pearl Paraffin Wax. They were very kind and professional. We went on a Sunday at 1150am so it was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely return on our next Breakcation.

Did a rushed job and painted over the cuticle onto the skin so when the shellac dried, the whole thing peeled off in a week.

Everyone is so friendly, they get you in right away, and do an amazing job every time. I’ve been getting French gel manicures for months and haven’t once been disappointed! Pure Luxe is the best. Definitely recommend :)

Macy did ombré acrylics for me and she did an AMAZING job! She really took her time and made sure they looked perfect for me. She listened to what i wanted and did exactly that. It is also beautiful inside the spa, perfect for if you have a bridal party or birthday party. Highly recommended Macy and pure luxe!

They were so great and accommodating to me and my 3 year old daughter the other night. They painted her piggies and polka dotted them...gave her lotion for her legs, let her dip her feet in the water ...
They were so great and accommodating to me and my 3 year old daughter the other night. They painted her piggies and polka dotted them...gave her lotion for her legs, let her dip her feet in the water with me...we had a nice mommy daughter night and Pure Luxe were so kind to her. It's so pretty in there with great staff.

I’ve been going here for a couple of years and have watched the cleanliness, quality and timings degrade during that time.
Today was the dirtiest I’ve seen the salon and I sat with my nails soaking for 40 minutes and had to leave as my manicure still wasn’t close to being started.
Loan was the best person there and she has just left. She was always the cleanest and did the best work.
I won’t be returning.

Do not use!!! UNCLEAN AND UNHYGIENIC I have been using this nail business for a while on and off. I have always refused them to file my nails as in the back of mind I questioned the cleanliness of equipment. I now have a nail fungus that could only have come from them. Your service today was an extreme disappointment. My technician was no where engaged in my business. Stopping to look at every car that drove by, customer that entered the door all the while communicating to his coworkers in their native language. My husband, Tony and I snatched us a Breakcation at Pure Luxe Spa In Columbus, Oh as we truly enjoyed our personal experience with Emma and Victor. They were so great and accommodating to me and my 3 year old daughter the other night. They painted her piggies and polka dotted them...gave her lotion for her legs, let her dip her feet in the water with me...we had a nice mommy daughter night and Pure Luxe were so kind to her. It's so pretty in there with great staff.
