I had a brush hair left in 2 nails. 1 snapped off where the brush hair was and now the paint is peeling off. The hair stick on the thumb is sticking out the top of my nail and I'm too scared to file it incase it snaps off too.
I will never go here again and would not recommend this place to anyone. $46 wasted 😡

The girls did a great job for both my manicure and pedicure. The girl was very dedicated but if they can communicate more clearly with good english, it would be awesome otherwise.

The girls always do a good manipedi. My only gripe would be they can't seem to shape my nails 'squoval' - ie square with the corners off 😊💅

horrible place. i would give it no stars if i could. i asked for basic acrylic nails, no shellac, gloss or anything fancy. i'm only a student so i was planning to pay 35 dollars, like they advertise, yet when i go up to the counter the woman charges me 50. the woman gave me shellac and gloss which was extra, when i never asked for it. i just asked for normal acrylics. this establishment is a scam, go ANYWHERE else but here. the customer service is terrible too, my mum came in with me to question why they would do this and hopefully get my money back but they proceeded to lie to my face about the things I DID. they said i didn't show my student card when i did, and they also painted my nails a colour i didn't ask for and lied and said 'it will change'. surprise! it didn't. waste of my money. this whole business is disgusting and i'm never going back.

Tonight I went in to get a balance and they had a dog in there which is dirty to begin with but whatever, I had my purse sitting on the ground and the dog came over, lifted his leg and then peed on it...
Tonight I went in to get a balance and they had a dog in there which is dirty to begin with but whatever, I had my purse sitting on the ground and the dog came over, lifted his leg and then peed on it. The guy doing my nails proceeded to laugh when I told him. Their insincerity is absolutely astonishing. They had me pay for my service and when I called back they proceeded to deny they the dog lifted his leg. Terrible customer service. Things happen but when they laugh about a dog lifting a leg on a Louis Vuitton bag, that is purely unexceptionable.

Manicure only includes cutting nail and cuticles. No buff or polish. They charge $20 for it. Staff doesn't speak much English. Hard to communicate. Disappointed! Never go back again!

I come often for just a pedicure and brow wax. I really don't have any complaints. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It helps to come in with a friendly attitude as I see so many women come in with a chip on their shoulder or "I better than you" attitude. They can only fixed the ugly on the outside.

I have been a customer at Central Nails for many years because I have always had great service there. I was very disappointed after scheduling an appt ahead of time and getting a pedicure there today. I only learned they have new owners after I asked when I was told they couldnt perform a service anymore. If a company changes services they provide, I think they should notify customers ahead of time. I will not be going back here again.

Whoever their "new management" is, needs to rethink of who they have working for them and how they want to price things and then make you pay more than what your suppose too.

I only learned they have new owners after I asked when I was told they couldnt perform a service anymore.
