I can’t even book an appointment. I got a voucher for my bday - I went to the shop once and the lady told me a big NO to infills and a pedicure - very rude.
Now I’m trying to find their opening hours...
I can’t even book an appointment. I got a voucher for my bday - I went to the shop once and the lady told me a big NO to infills and a pedicure - very rude.
Now I’m trying to find their opening hours for Xmas period - nothing on their website - I called a few times and it goes to message bank. I have just read the reviews and now I’m a bit scared to trust them with my nails!

Had the worst experience here today! The young girl who took my shellac off - amazing. But the older lady who did my nails - terrible. I have left so unhappy with my nails. She asked if I wanted my nails cut shorter, I said a little bit please. They were cut so short. She cut them so short that I couldn’t get my previous shape without them looking stupid. Then when it came to shaping the nails, I agreed to having them round shaped. When I looked at the nails once she’d “shaped” them, they were so jaggered and misshaped. I asked if she could fix them. She said it is the way I was looking at then that made them misshaped. I said no matter how I look at them, they’re jaggered. She went at my nails again with the finale another 3 times before I took the file off her and did it myself! Then when painting my nails, she’d missed a whole side of one of my nails and with the top coat, it is so thick that it looks like a 3 year old did them. I’m so unimpressed. I went there last fortnight and Mandy did my nails and I was so happy, now this happened I won’t be returning. VERY disappointed customer.

First time I went, I had a French manicure, their brushes are dirty, there specs of hair and dust particles in the Polish. I have photos but unfortunately I can't upload it. I went again thinking mayb...
First time I went, I had a French manicure, their brushes are dirty, there specs of hair and dust particles in the Polish. I have photos but unfortunately I can't upload it. I went again thinking maybe it was a one off but nope! It happened again, so gross. The nail salon in Casey is literally the only place I can go to. Oh and the Polish started to crust at the edges in less than a week. Never going there again.

The staff do great nails, but there can be times you will be turned away as it is too busy. The services they offer are also expensive compared to other nail salons in the area.

I've had my acrylic gel nails done here a few times. Always okay done.
The last time the first nail fell off that same day with no pressure, with a following 2 each day for the next three days.

I've had my acrylic gel nails done here a few times. Always okay done.
The last time the first nail fell off that same day with no pressure, with a following 2 each day for the next three days.
I was on holiday over the weekend and had to rip the remaining 2 off because they looked horrible!!
The young girl there is very nice I rang up and explained once I was home in Canberra and she said I could come in and get them redone free of charge because of the bad experience and I come in regularly. I said I would return the next day (Friday) but couldn't make it, rang up to book appointment on following Tuesday (today) when I was told I have to "pay more pay more" and not aloud to get my free nails done anymore.
I find this unfair as I paid $70 for nails to last me a couple of days? I've never had such bad quality in my life and I expect a refund or re-do even if it's a week late.
My office staff won't be going to this salon in Gungahlin anymore and will have to try some of the others after this bad experience.
My old salon in Belconnen would always replace any nails free of charge in the first 7 days (although I would never need to do that especially 90% of the nails in the FIRST three days) disgraceful rip off and that's over 3 hours work of my time to pay for such a job!
Not happy.

Nail clippings everywhere on the floor. Terrible pedicure, no cutical care or heel scrub. 'Shellac' paint was all over the place including on skin and easily peeled off a couple of days later.

Ty is the best nail artist I've found in Columbus. He always finds a creative way to paint them and Ive been going exclusively to Nail Spree for a year now.

Had the worst experience here today! The young girl who took my shellac off - amazing. But the older lady who did my nails - terrible. I have left so unhappy with my nails.
