My friend and i went in for a full set each, there were 4 staff members on at the time and no other people in the nail salon. One lady started on my nails and a man started on my friend, it took the lady a good 20 minutes to stick the tip on and then she decided she didnt want to do it anymore and went and sat down with the other 3 staff all sitting there playing on their phones laughing to eachother. They may aswell have not put any nails on my friend because they made them so short which is not what she wanred, shape was not done properly and shellac was not set and peeled off not once but twice. They grabbed her finger looked at it between the male and female, laughed and said something which made us uncomfortable. They cut my fingers multiple times because apparently my skin is a better place for their filing tool than my actual nail. It took them over an hour and a half to do a dodgy job. Will never go back.
